Taking out an IVA is scary however Creditfix have made it relatively smooth going so no complaints. Ive just come off the phone with Sandhya Nowbuth at customer service and she was so helpful in finalising my last payment and helping with the closure process. 5 years seems like forever when starting but in truth its flown by and the relief that its finally paid off is immense. Probably not as immense as the relief from the pressures of those money worries when you first take out the IVA though, thats another level!

Fantastic service from Ruth at Credit Fix. My IVA had actually completed back in 2020 but wasn't showing correctly, and it was causing real problems for me. Ruth was empathetic from the start, took the time to understand the issue, and dug out all the relevant documents to support my case.

She then went above and beyond — emailing me confirmation and contacting the government's Insolvency Register directly to get official proof the IVA was completed. Thanks to her, everything is now sorted with proper documentation behind it.
