Uploading the documents is difficult. You need credit monitoring, which means you have to pay an extra 24.99 every month. So I decided to cancel. They offered me a free trial, but I don’t believe in this.

Okay service, just slow results
The service did make a small difference in my credit score, but it wasn’t as significant as I thought. Only about a 30 point increase over 90 days. The dashboard was helpful, and they explained everything well, but I’m still on the fence about continuing and asking for my money back.

Service, waiting on bigger results
Free trial was a good start, but so far, only a 20-point increase from 610. The dashboard is awesome for tracking each dispute. Waiting to see if more comes with time.

Disappointed with the lack of progress
I went in with high hopes, but after three months, my score barely budged. I had some collections and a couple of late payments, and I was really hoping for a bigger improvement. Customer service was okay, but honestly, I’m not impressed with the results.

Some improvement, but didn’t meet expectations
I tried the 75 day program to clear up some late payments and inquiries. My score moved a bit, but only by about 20 points. The team was friendly, and the dashboard is useful, but I expected more results for the time invested.

Didn’t get the big jump I wanted.
You need a paid credit monitoring, my credit improved a bit, but not a crazy amount just around 35 points after a few months. I guess it’s something.

Not as fast as I hoped
I signed up hoping to see some quick improvements, but after two months, my score only went up by about 15 points. I appreciate the dashboard for updates, but it’s taking longer than expected. Might need more patience with this process, this company requires credit monitoring and you have to pay in addition to they service.
