Creputate Opiniones

The team is spot on email them help me out as much as they could and couldn't be happier

The team are outstanding email about something and they helped so much top company

My brother brought me a pair of trainers from this company. Unfortunately when I tried them on they were slightly too big so just needed to exchange for a smaller size. Contacted them the same day and after waiting for a response for over a week they advised we would have to send photos to an email to prove they were not worn. We sent the photos and have only just had a response, apparently they look dirty and are refusing to change the shoes. I know for a fact they aren’t dirty, they’ve never been worn only tried them on at home. The shoes have been kept wrapped up in the box since. It took us 3 weeks of chasing to get this answer, not exactly professional service. Been completely conned, won’t be shopping here again!

Really happy with product. Wrapped and packaged so well..
I have never received any package wrapped as well as this. It was like Christmas just opening the box!!
Easy transaction.
Will definitely be using them again.
Have recommended them to everyone I know!!

Good service, especially with it being around Christmas, delivered on time if not early I think

Such a good company! shoes are always packed amazingly with nice little notes which i think are a great touch. Fast delivery and the owners of the company are lovely people.
100% recommended if your looking for 10/10 shoes 😍

Was unsure about ordering online at first for Jordan 4s. I already ordered once from another website and that turned out to be a scam. When I placed my order with creputate it put my mind at rest. I got order confirmation straight away and they contacted me by email confirming my order will arrive ready for Christmas. Delivered by DPD with a tracking number so I could track my order.
Items arrived a week later due to there busy period. All in all a great experience with creputate could not fault them. My son was well chuffed with his jordan 4s. Will definitely order with them again.

Such a fab company to use . Parcels are always packed to high quality and I like the personal touch with the notes within the parcels . Highly recommend this company

Second time ordering and as always process is f*^#ing smooth, like water. You will not find a better company! Ordered wrong size, they fixed it. Had no expectation to get them before Christmas and they made it happen. Honestly 10/10. They are the real deal, MVP’s!

Smooth transaction & recieved product within the stated time. Very happy with the service and product

After having a really bad experience with another company, Creputate came to my rescue! Literally bent over backwards for me to make sure I had my order in time for an event I had planned, these guys are the real deal! 5* I can't thank you enough Creputate absolute legends ❤️

Love it, happy with my order will be my go to site now. Only problem I had was not receiving any confirmation about my order after I ordered. However, when I contacted them they assured me that my order is being processed & due to the ‘mess around’ they will pay for 1st class delivery & no sooner did they say that my items came. So keep going guys nice one.👌🏾

Once again, amazing service. Arrived fast. Customer service was amazing. Always has the size I’m looking for, has all the latest drops.
My go to for Jordans

Really nice. They are friendly to reply to address the problems of customers about orders. About shipping, it is really fast and wonderful. I will buy more more and more.

Brilliant service from Creputate once again, 3rd time ordering and the trainers look amazing! received a swift response when contacting the customer service team, this company never disappoint, top service as always!
