Fantastic.
Been a customer here for over 3 years and wouldn't go anywhere else now

Crest Pharmacy on Albert Road is absolutely outstanding. The staff are always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and make every visit pleasant and stress-free. The pharmacy is well organised, efficient, and welcoming. Highly recommend Crest Pharmacy for their exceptional care and dedicated team.

If I could give more stars I would. The staff are always so friendly and helpful. If you have any questions they are always happy to help. Keep up the good work everyone.

Always very helpful and polite

I came in and Rachel was incredibly helpful and customer service was fantastic 👏 I have been to other pharmacies and haven't been happy

Dosthill was so good the girls were so fabulous and served with a smile much appreciated

Dosthill pharmacy
Every time I’ve been into the pharmacy to order or collect prescriptions there always so friendly and always happy to help if I need advice Dosthill pharmacy is the only pharmacy I would trust with mine and my family’s prescriptions as they do not go missing here my first choice every time x

I use the Albert Road Tamworth pharmacy and I have three repeat prescriptions all due at different times. The staff are so friendly and helpful and they are very efficient, I would recommend. In fact I changed from my last pharmacist after popping in to this one randomly

Dosthill pharmacy. Lovely friendly and professional. Thankyou

I went to Dosthill pharmacy with a slight problem
I couldn’t fault the advice I received
And how polite and respectful the
Pharmacist was

Absolutely amazing customer service from start to finish. I first spoke to a lovely lady on the phone called Ilina, who advised me amazingly and even helped me get a same day blood pressure test, and then once I was in the pharmacy Emiliano helped me massively and took me through everything I needed to know.
It was fast, informative and they even set me up for a repeat prescription meaning I do not need to contend with my doctors.
Both were amazing, friendly, informative and very happy people, it actually made my day seeing positive and happy people at work. Thank you both massively!
Edit *** Forgot to mention the other gentleman called Ambro I believe (probably spelt that wrong sorry) who was also incredible! Five stars from me!
