This was a fun research for us. We used it for a painting of my son as a knight in shining armor. The customer service team was very helpful when I inadvertently deleted/lost our crest explanation and they resent it to me. It wouldn't have meant as much to my son if I didn't have that with the painting. Thank you so much!

I love how our family coat of arms turned out, and upon further research, it was accurate. I had only ordered the coat of arms itself, and had neglected to order the information sheet on it, so I went on a research hunt, including a book that was written on our family, and some other various historical papers that had been passed down. I knew that our family was landed in Germany, France and Holland, and had held military and court positions from the 12th century on, and the coat of arms we received was accurate. I am very pleased with what I received, and am happy that I now have it in different formats that may be used for a variety of purposes.

The customer support team was great. They were very polite and helpful with a specific request and I’m thankful they were able to assist me in the situation. It made me feel a great sense of relief after speaking to them. I will definitely say they put a lot of effort into researching information because of how much detail there was in the products they produced.

Very speedy return on original order, and exceptional customer service to a follow up question. Much appreciated. This has been a wonderful, and very personal, gift for a family member. Thank you.

This is just my experience, but their customer service is non existent, as they don't reply to emails.

They gave no response after contacting them to let them know that some of the surname definitions posted on their website are wrong. I included the correct definitions with references to prove this. They won't change the incorrect definitions on their website, which implies that they don't care about accuracy.

Always question what someone says about a family surname, especially if they are profiting in some way, and look up information for yourself.

I'll post the corrections here about the surnames Giarratano and Giarratana (the former surname derives from the latter):

Giarratano is a habitational name from the town of Giarratana in Ragusa, Sicily, and is possibly an ethnonym from Giarre in Catania (Reference 1). The town of Giarratana can be traced back to the 12th century, and was often referred to as the ancient Ceretanum, a Latin name, in many international historic texts (References 2-17).

Therefore, the approximate meaning of the surnames Giarratano and Giarratana is land of the oak trees, since the root word 'cerro' means the Turkey oak tree or quercis cerris (sources 18 and 19).

After doing research on my own, I did find acrest and arms for my son-in-law’s Christmas present. I could not use the image I found as it wasn’t good enough. I contacted this company, ordered the bundle, and received it within 4 to 5 days. I questioned the one I received as
It was different than the one I found. I contacted them and question the validity. They immediately got back to me, the owner of the company by the way, and said they would investigate it more for me. And just a couple days he did contact me back and offered a different “regional version“ which is the one that I had found. They sent me the file with the new crest and arms, the authenticity certificate, and a few days later, the meaning of the name and explanation of the symbols! I couldn’t be happier!

SCAM! The colors and symbols mentioned when describing the family crest and coat of arms are not used at all in the product that was sent to me! A complete waste of my time and money... y'all should be ashamed! The other print outs you send are supposed to convince me of some measure of nobility = that did not matter to me nearly as much as being interested in what the design you claimed to have found looked like. Authenticity? No Way!
UPDATE - I complained within 24 hours of receiving my order; a refund is on the way. At Least That. CAUTION - just do not place an order to begin with.
