Disappointed with CRF’s Lack of Results and Transparency

CRF claimed they would help me get approved for major things like a car loan or even a home loan, but none of that happened. My score barely moved, and whenever I asked for explanations, the answers were vague or delayed. I honestly expected transparency and support, but I ended up feeling ignored and disappointed.

Did a consult and the owner is pretty rude. I was trying to see if he was able to assist with a late payment and was very rude poor customer service.

During your consultation, the conversation began with a bit of tension, and while our specialist attempted to gather the necessary information to help, the tone of the call became challenging. We understand that credit situations can be stressful, and we strive to maintain professionalism even in difficult interactions.

Our intention was never to be disrespectful — only to match the level of engagement and energy we received while still aiming to assist you effectively. I'm always happy to help but not when I'm disrespected on a call you booked to have with my team and I for help.

Signed up in September NO RESULTS

Signed up in September. Nothing! I requested a refund in November. They said I must wait 6 months to request a refund. I paid through Afterpay and I just learned it’s harder to request your money back through Afterpay after 120 days. Go figure. The company has yielded no results. They tried to take credit for a removal I did myself. I am inclined to believe that most of these reviews are fake..

Regarding your refund request:
When you initially contacted us in December, you were still within your second month of service. As outlined in the contract you signed, our 120-day money-back guarantee applies only after four full months of service without results. At the time of your request, this condition had not yet been met.

Important Reminder About Dispute Overlap:

This significantly weakens the success rate of all active disputes. Coordination is key to your success.

It’s also important to note: standard credit repair timelines typically take an average of six (6) months to yield strong, consistent results without confliction of other investigations being done without our knowledge.

Terrible

Terrible. Just terrible.
How does a 18 year old understand that if there’s nothing reporting then it doesn’t show a score or it gives a code 4 error message. But a credit repair company or “consulting” 😭 company doesn’t know how to read or understand the problem. They act completely clueless or they really just are. They never give a confirmation for when the services have been rendered. They use clients from years ago to still post on their social media making you waste $30-40/month for months to years on identity iq. Their social media doesn’t even get views or activity. They’ve been spinning people around and won’t even give you updates. When you do ask for updates, they turn into the friend that borrowed your money and decides not to pay you back.

The beginning of working with us you failed to follow specific instructions to complete your onboarding for our team to do our work. Which resulted in a 30 day delay due to you submitting complaints when that would be our job...

Moving forward past the 30 days we were finally ready to begin our work on your profile! Then come the time to re-import it with the software you mentioned IdentityIQ it was unpaid, which means we cant access your file. For consecutive months we reached out to you to reenable it which you failed to do so... in the event of 7 day timeframe of not reinstated the monitoring service for us to do our work your file will be canceled... no questions asked. (within all of our credit repair guidelines every client signs... which is provided in this response.)

Out of courtesy we continued to reach out to you for months to reenable but still failed to do so. We cannot do any work if there is no cooperation on your part.

The BEST Credit repair company

I been with CRF consultants for only 1 month now and I already see a drastic change in my Credit report & Score. They are very responsive and always answer my questions quicker than I'd expect :) I am so happy with the results so far and excited to see how it will be looking in the next few months from now. The folks at CRF Consultants have…

The folks at CRF Consultants have helped me with my credit repair. We are at round 5 of the process; they have been fair. I got things removed from my report, and my score is up almost 100 points. I'm sure before the end of the process, I'll be at or above a 700 credit score, hopefully across the board.

Thank you to Chris and his whole team. From the start Chris has been a true professional. My credit started at 490 and 1 month in already 661. All I can say is trust the process. Thank you again to CRF consultants for going into the new year. And a new me.

Credit score up 70 points in one months time...

Chris and his team walked me through the process to help me understand what to expect and make sure they were able to help me before any payment was taken. I was given step by step instructions on how to handle my part knowing that we were working together to get everything resolved. After only one month my credit scores are already up 70 points, and Chris and his team are still working to make them even better. I am already extremely satisfied with their progress and execution, and they are not even done yet.

CRF consultants has a very good customer service team that informs you throughout the process. I am very pleased with them on this journey in building my credit even though it’s not complete as of yet I’m very confident in their work and look forward to improved credit.

Amazing Service! Honest! Great Communication!

I want to shout out Chris Ford and his team! This is THE FIRST credit repair company that I have worked with to actually stand by what was said on our intake call! I actually get updates, real communication and I feel incredibly supported! It’s only been a little over a month and my scores have started to improve significantly 2/3 ain’t bad and I know it’s a process! I can’t recommend enough!
