Important Reminder About Dispute Overlap:
While disputes are active, it's critical not to submit your own disputes simultaneously. Under FCRA Section 611(a)(3), duplicate disputes—even with slight differences—can be flagged as frivolous or irrelevant by the credit bureaus. This significantly weakens the success rate of all active disputes. Coordination is key to your success.
It’s also important to note: standard credit repair timelines typically take an average of six (6) months to yield strong, consistent results without confliction of other investigations being done without our knowledge.
