After sending across some photos of my collection I was offered a totally fair price to the market value. I posted them off and within a few hours of them being delivered. I received the full quoted price into my bank account.

You can tell this is a business run by decent and trustworthy people who have a passion for what they do. This is the type of a small business we should all go out of our way to support. Highly recommend if you are either buying or selling.

Was pleasantly surpised by their Pokemon stock. I was dubious as a first time customer with a new shop that was suspiciosly well stocked in this current market! But it's all real and is a hidden gem! Very fast shipping and price was RRP, so no over charging either. Very happy with the buying experience :)

I’m not even sure where to begin. I placed an order for two ETBs (only two) back in January. A month later, I received an email stating that my order might not be fulfilled. Since then, it’s been nothing but silence.

I was left with no choice but to sit, wait, and hope that my order actually gets fulfilled—especially since the product was sold out everywhere else. On release day, I had to reach out myself just to get any kind of update. I was simply told to “keep the order open” and that if more stock becomes available, it might be fulfilled.

Since that initial email, there’s been zero communication from your end. I’ve had to repeatedly follow up just to get any idea of what’s going on with my order.

As a company, it’s your responsibility to proactively update customers—especially when you’re holding onto their money. Basic communication should not fall entirely on the customer.

Delivery was slow and asked for update got no reply asked for cancellation got nothing helpline is bad.

The item I ordered was not in stock, even though it stated that it was available on their website. I was offered an “alternative” by email but this was not what I wanted. I would have thought that some form of compensation for the error might have been provided but it wasn’t. I feel let down by this company.
