Extreme operational negligence and total lack of consumer accountability. I cancelled my enrollment with Crio.do on July 28, 2026, and their support desk formally approved the complete cancellation and full loan foreclosure in writing on August 4, 2026 [propelld.com]. My lender dashboard explicitly reads "Foreclosure is in progress." [propelld.com] Yet, due to Crio's severe backend accounting delays, they have failed to physically wire the refund back to the lender cell for over 40 days [propelld.com]. Because Crio is sitting on the bank's funds, automated lender scripts are incorrectly flagging my profile as overdue and damaging my credit history [cibil.com, propelld.com]. Crio’s support desk is completely ignoring my emails and refusing to answer customer telephone calls.

The learning content is good, but it is very hard to reach the focal person for subject clarity. There is no proper channel to get doubts resolved, which makes learning difficult. Please provide a dedicated support channel or regular doubt-clearing sessions.

I have joined crio since 3 months now. The months have been good leraning journey. Whenever i was stuck or need any kind of support crios support team was just a mail away. The mentors are good, the syllabus is also very engaging. So over all i would give a headup if you want to join crio

A total fraud
A total fraud. they promised live classes which they didn't give. They promised NSDC certificate which they didn't provide even after 8 months of completing the course. As soon as the payment was done, they stopped picking calls and replying to the mails. Please don't bother to waste your money here. Nor job , nor certificate , nor any kind of proper help will be given. Just false claims will be made.
