I would strongly advise caution when playing at Cristal Poker Casino.
In my case, I received a 100€ bonus. During gameplay, the bonus funds were not visibly applied, and I was effectively playing with my real balance. Based on the actual gameplay behavior, there was no indication that bonus rules were affecting my play.
However, after winning from using real balance, the casino applied a withdrawal cap (5x bonus) and confiscated the remaining winnings in total of 1749 EUR,claiming that the bonus was "active" regardless of how it was displayed or used during gameplay.
This creates a highly misleading situation where:
- The system behavior does not match how the bonus rules are later enforced, casino states it doesn't matter if technical errors occur
- Players cannot clearly determine when bonus restrictions apply
- Rules are applied retroactively, after winnings are generated
Even when this inconsistency was raised, the casino maintained that gameplay display is irrelevant and only internal bonus activation matters.
This raises serious concerns about transparency and fairness. Players should not be expected to follow rules that are not clearly reflected in the actual gameplay.
In my opinion, this is not a fair environment for players, and I would not recommend this casino.
Play elsewhere where rules are clearly visible and consistently applied.
