Claire was incredibly helpful as we navigated our simultaneous sale and purchase transactions. Our buyers' solicitors caused delays and we were impacted by constantly evolving mortgage rates, chaos at the Help to Buy authority, and a seller who was in extreme haste. Claire managed all of this with grace - she was diligent, efficient, and extremely punctual. We ended up closing on the agreed completion date (even though it frequently seemed extremely unlikely we would complete at all) and I'm certain we wouldn't have without her!

Claire was our solicitor on a property purchase that turned into quite a lengthy and drawn out ordeal (although no fault of hers!).

Her communication throughout the entire process was above and beyond. There were times throughout the process where I would have thought we were her only clients given how quick and efficient she was in responding.

She explained concepts and processes to us clearly and was always anticipating the next step in the process to make sure we were well prepared.

Claire navigated through some tricky issues relating to the purchase to ensure things moved along smoothly. Claire was constantly pushing and doing the chasing on our behalf, leaving us with very little (if any) heavy lifting to do!
