I genuinely can’t recommend Adam highly enough.

The first time I worked with Adam, I was self-employed and had been told elsewhere that getting a mortgage would be extremely difficult. Adam was reassuring, knowledgeable, and completely unphased. He took the time to understand my situation properly, explained everything clearly, and somehow managed to secure an incredible mortgage with a fantastic rate when I honestly thought it wouldn’t be possible.

More recently, I returned to Adam to secure another deal and add my partner to the application. Once again, the service was outstanding. The process was smooth, well-managed, and completely stress-free. Communication was excellent throughout, and I always felt confident that everything was being handled professionally and in my best interests.

Adam’s fee more than pays for itself in the savings he achieves, and the value he adds is exceptional. He even checked how rates changed throughout the process, and got an even lower rate than we initially thought which we were delighted about. What really sets him apart is how approachable, patient, and proactive he is , nothing ever feels like too much trouble.

Another great service provided by Connely Roberts. This time a more complex double remortgage including an equity release. All options were communicated extremely clearly from the outset and Adam worked tirelessly through the process to ensure everything ran smoothly. Any queries I had were replied to straight away and everything was so much quicker than I anticipated, despite the complexities. I recommend Connely Roberts regularly and will continue to do so.

As someone self-employed with fairly 'complex' tax affairs, I have to confess I was skeptical whether Billy & Co could rise to the challenge of raising a very significant amount of money.

How wrong was I! Billy was absolutely brilliant, very very fast at getting DIPs, incredibility communicative and responsive - and also clearly has great relationships with lenders.

Billy has been solid from start to finish.
Quick replies, straight answers, and he explains everything in a way that actually makes sense. My mortgage wasn’t the simplest (CIS income), but he dealt with all of it behind the scenes and still got my Halifax offer through way quicker than I expected.

He even phoned the estate agents on my behalf when there were a few issues, which is way above what most brokers would bother doing. Properly helpful, easy to talk to, and genuinely feels like he’s got your back.
