I am more than grateful for the service Crooks London provided. It seems that some people can’t read the fine print on shopify and of course longer shipping time is expected with a growing business. Keep up the good work! All garms are 10/10

I have watched Crooks grow from the start in the dorms at boarding school. The authenticity of this company is the real deal and their slogan “for the streets” is more than appropriate. Fine embroidery combined with excellent style makes for the perfect clothing pieces. I have never had a problem with shipping and everything I have ordered had always been 10/10! Keep up the excellent work!

Emailed and Dm on insta several times, had a message about twice that was it. Nothing to do with the order or how long it was going to take. Left disappointed and my order still hasn’t came. I’ve been waiting for the puffer coat for over a month now, still waiting for it now.

Hi Serena, it was stated on Instagram and the Product description that this puffer would take up to 35 working days to ship. You ordered on December 31st, These puffers are due to be shipped on wednesday of next week which is 31 working days. We understand that shopify did not state this clearly on order confirmation and as such issued you £10 store credit

Scammers - be aware!
