Refused to honor "satisfaction guaranteed"
I purchased two items, both of which were poor quality. Customer service would not honor their "100% satisfaction or a full refund" guarantee. They refunded one item after acknowledging that they had used a fake product image on their website, and the shipped product did not match. The other item, a Hawaiian shirt, was made of translucent fabric. That feature was not described or disclosed. They offered a coupon instead of a refund.
Overall, a shady and dishonest company.
Everything is drop shipped from China. You have 2 hours after completing an order to cancel. Just a terrible experience all around.

When we identified an issue with one of the items, we offered a refund for that item. For the Hawaiian shirt, while we understood your concerns about the fabric, we did not find it to be a manufacturing defect, so we offered an alternative goodwill resolution.
We respect your decision if our proposed solution was not what you were looking for. Our team has done its best to communicate openly and work toward a fair resolution, and we’re sorry we could not reach an outcome that satisfied you.
Fantastic shirt and great costumer…
Fantastic shirt and great costumer service, with excellent communication. After a mix up on sizes of shirt for a Memento Mori Hawaiian Shirt (mostly on my part!), Gina, at Crosfil customer services was very helpful and patient and sorted me out a new shirt. I highly recommend these unique, good quality shirts and will be buying more of their designs in the future.

The shirts I ordered were fabricated and delivered in a reasonable time. The fabric pattern and the cut of the shirts were as they appeared on the website. The sizing runs smaller than the measurements listed on the website. I appreciate that they offered to replace the shirts with ones the next size up. I would encourage you to order one size bigger than your current size.

Great cotton fabric
I purchase the Bigfoot/alien/flying saucer short-sleeved shirt for my husband for his birthday. It's a true cotton fabric, with just a tad spandex for stretch. Wonderful texture. However, after my husband tried it on, it was too small. Crosfil was easy to work with to get a larger size.

Fab shirt-narrow fit!
Ordered the Cthulu Hawaiian shirt as a gift for my son and Crosfil were great at keeping me informed of delivery. Shirt looked fab on arrival. The cut of the shirt is very slim fitting so if you're wider round the waist I'd suggest ordering the next size up! Crosfil were fantastic about this and are sending a larger size.

Nice Pattern but Very Poor Quality Fabric
The pattern of the short is nice but the quality is very low. The fabric is so cheap it's almost see-through.

When I made the purchase, I was already on the fence about the correct size to buy. Depending on the quality
Of the clothing, if its cheap, I’m a 2XL. If its high quality, I’m an XL. Quality products are just made a little bigger & cheap stuff is made a little smaller. The quality of the shirts is incredible… and big. I’m 6’2” 205LBS with wide shoulders and kind of a barrel chest (its just genetics, I’m not complimenting my physique) so I find shirts aren’t wide enough in the shoulders so the pit of shirts grinds my arm pits. Not a chance with these shirts. I love them, unfortunately I questioned the quality, so I ordered 2XL’s & I’m swimming in them. But then the most remarkable thing happened. Someone was on the other end of the line & listened to me. I explained that I had made the purchase for an event & I wouldn’t have time to send back the 1’s I have, for them get them, then process the return, & then finally put the correct size in the mail. The lady I spoke with completely got my urgency & put the correct size in the mail. Yeah, she’s going to trust that I’m not a dirt bag, & I am, I’m a dirt bag, and just hope I send these back. And dirt bag or not, I will put these in the mail tomorrow. Customer service just doesn’t operate like that anymore. Nobody told me to go online & read articles to find the one closest to my issue. It was done via email & they were so prompt in replying, I almost though I had been hacked. So, as far as the quality of the clothing, just remarkable. The lines are on point, the cut us perfect. So happy with the quality of the shirts. But as far as customer service goes… it is actually customer service. I don’t know when we as consumers decided that we would be less important than CEO’s of the companies we buy from but businesses need to have record profits. If that means firing your support staff & purchasing an AI chatbot at the cost of your customer service & reputation, so be it. I’m still in shock that someone took the time to respond and then of all things listened, empathized & then to my amazement, think of me first. Yeah, she thought of me before bottom line. I think I need a celebration shot because I may have just, not only witnessed, but played an active roll in the final episode of customer service. I’m going to DisneyLand

Measurements were spot on and the shirts are fantastic!! i got the polyester so theres slight stretch that’s great across the shoulders.
