Fitment guide not fully optioned

While my experience with this company did not end well, I want to outline the situation clearly.

I ordered a set of brake rotors based on the website’s fitment tool, which guaranteed compatibility after I entered my vehicle details. However, what I did not realize at the time is that my Mercedes-Benz is equipped with an AMG package, which requires larger rotors than the ones offered on the site.

If my vehicle did not have the AMG package, the parts I received likely would have been correct. The core issue is that the website did not provide an option to select the AMG package, yet still indicated that the parts I ordered would fit my vehicle.

As a result, I received incorrect parts and am now being told they cannot be returned. While I accept some responsibility for not verifying this detail independently, I believe the lack of accurate fitment options and guidance on the website contributed significantly to this outcome.

This experience has been frustrating, and I would strongly encourage improvements to the fitment system to prevent similar issues for other customers.
