My first umrah with cross ocean travel i had the brilliant Rehman as my consultant, any concern and questions were dealt with straight away,vey good comunication from Straight to finish. Hotel for masjid al -haram was cross the road Tilal jabbal al kabba,brilliant staff and housekeeping. But madina hotel was was 3 minutes from masjid nabawi Waqf ottoman bin afran hotel- i will not be staying at this hotel again. i though it was 4 star but it was a one star hotel,old and outdated paided for brrakfast and i didnt use as the dining room smelled and i felt sick. This was mentioned to Rehman consultant and he did offer to change room but i only had 4 days left so i turned it down. Transfers were included in the package and the driver were very good. Yes i will use Cross ocean travel again

At cross ocean travel I met an agent called Tahir he really made my dream come true. He Help me so much for my family umrah . We was well look after and guidance from him was outstanding.
