I asked how to repair a Clic click plug and they sent me a new replacement free of charge, even though it was seven years old and I hadn’t asked for it.
Completely different finish for Crosswater products (whilst all labeled brushed bronze and from the same factory) and no response to my e-mails. I’ve bought a complete set of Crosswater products for my bathroom (shower, bath, washbasin taps and plug, roll holder) via a local retailer. Whilst most products have been delivered on relatively short notice, I’ve had to wait for my bath and shower products for nearly a year. When they were finally delivered, the finish was completely different, way past colour nuances but a completely different finish.
I’ve tried resolving the issue with the local retailer, who has tried replacing the shower and bath products, but now I’ve ended up in a situation that I received 3 different finishes with the bath and shower products even not matching with each other and neither match with the other products.
I decided to go directly to bathroom brands, but they have been ignoring all my e-mails.
We chose one brand to have the products match in colour, but this was a grave mistake.. unfortunately the built in valves are made for Crosswater specifically and we have no option that we can see to switch brands.
I absolutely discourage anyone from buying these products and will do my absolute best to educate any potential customer about their production issues in the hopes I can at least save others from this mess.

She helped more than I could of hoped for and she was the only one who actually suggested that it might be the non return valves that were causing the problem. She was 100% correct. Laura also helped me find a plumber who arrived yesterday and replaced all of the non-return valves so now my hot water is flowing. Without Laura's help and her tenacity I'm not sure the hot water issues would of been resolved. Laura has been absolutely fabulous and her knowledge is spot on. Well done Laura and you have been fantastic. Thank you so much x

I had a few issues with a couple of items which I thought were under warranty after initially getting in touch via Wolseley.
I was told they would only replace an overflow ring for my basin but despite many weeks of Wolseley chasing this up for me I still hadn’t had it.
I contacted them direct by phone on 16th March and was told it would be with me the next day but it still didn’t come.
I called again on 23rd March and they try to pass me to the Technical team but I asked for an email or a call because I only get a limited time to speak to them during my lunch break but I’ve still not had anything back a week later.
This has been going on since 10th Feb and it’s now 30th March. I’m very unhappy with this company and shall steer away from their products in future.

Expensive junk, ive fitted hundreds of shower screens and never seen anything this rubbish. Obviously the board of directors have never fitted one of their own screens and have a purchase manager who doesn't recognise quality. Waste of time and money.

Had an issue with my MPRO concealed cistern. Had an issue with the flush valve which meant water kept running into the toilet.
Initial call to crosswater got cut off at 5pm and this is the 2nd issue I have had with the flush since install hence the 4 stars.
After sending an email with the issue and a 2nd phone call Majid done an absolute fab job to replace the part at no cost and in 2 days. His service alone is a 5 star

Crosswater is an exceptional brand. Chrome on products is exceptional.
We have bought quite a few products from this brand.
The reason I am given crosswater a 4 star is I am struggling to register the guarantee.

I’ve had a really disappointing experience with Burlington/Bathroom Brands customer support regarding two premium Burlington high‑riser cisterns I purchased. Both units cost over £1,000 in total, and despite being correctly installed and only ever cleaned with water, the paint on both cisterns has started peeling externally.
When I contacted their technical team, instead of acknowledging what is clearly a product defect, they essentially dismissed the issue because the warranty couldn’t be found on their system — even though I’m certain I submitted it at the time. They then suggested that I should “repair” the problem using a can of black metal outdoor spray paint. For a premium brand that markets itself as high-end, recommending a DIY aerosol can as a fix is honestly shocking.
The main cistern bodies are also affected (not just the lids), and the finish appears to be reacting from the inside — not chipped, not damaged, just failing. Yet the response was completely unhelpful, with no responsibility taken and no meaningful support offered.
For the price paid, you would expect far better durability and far better customer service. Sadly, my experience has been the opposite.

Products look good however the quality disappoints for the price. The brass shower attachments lose their colour far too quickly. Some of the pieces have started turning silver. The shower handset snapped off after 10 months. I would not expect this for the price that I paid. Emailed Crosswater who have taken 3 weeks to get back to me to say that I cannot buy a new screw attachment, I have to replace the entire handset which is not cheap.

I had an issue with the seal on my Crosswater shower door and I emailed customer services about it and they replied promptly and having sent them photos etc they sent me out replacement parts foc which was absolutely brilliant and solved my problem. I was extremely grateful.

The physical quality of the Crosswater Optix 10 Quadrant shower enclosure seems good, but our experience has been very frustrating.
We chose the door orientation based on images on Crosswater’s own website, which clearly showed the handle on one side for the version we selected, and changed when you chose the other orientation. After installation, it turned out the actual door opening direction did not match how it was visually represented, which we had specifically planned for.
We were later told customers are expected to rely on technical specification sheets rather than product images to determine basic door orientation. For most buyers, that’s not realistic.
As a result, we’re left with an awkward bathroom layout. I’d strongly advise others not to rely on Crosswater’s website images when selecting product configuration.
Edit: I've had a few replies from Crosswater, but they are not dealing with the fact that the website clearly shows the images the wrong way around. Nor are they taking any accountability for this bad mistake, which is obviously what consumers are going to use in their purchasing decision.

I was initially frustrated when a small decorative end cap on my tap handle snapped during routine maintenance and I was advised that the full handle would need replacing. However, after contacting Crosswater and explaining the situation, they reviewed the case and very kindly agreed to send replacement tap handles free of charge. The customer service team were responsive and ultimately resolved the issue in a fair and professional way. I really appreciated the goodwill gesture and the way the matter was handled in the end.

I love my home Crosswater bathroom fittings so when one of the shower batons failed I immediately turned to Crosswater Ltd. to order a new part. The shower head that arrived appeared to be a different colour so I got in touch with Team Manager, Dan Lowe who immediately supplied me with the correct item. Terrific customer care, great communication and service. Highly recommend the products and the Company. Thanks Dan!

Poor quality products. Terrible customer service. I’ve been waiting months for a response to a complaint about a faulty product and they just simply ignore emails. I’ve been sending daily chasers and still nothing.

I needed replacement rollers for a Simpson shower and called in at my local plumbing supplies company (Unique Plumbling in Romsey). They kindly phoned Crosswater on my behalf and spoke to Helen. She offered to send me a replacement roller set. Not only did they do this free of charge but also sent them on a next day delivery, which arrived today.
This has restored my faith in British business and is without doubt a 5-star service.
