First of all we would like to thank Indi for making everything easy and straightforward, he guided us through and explained things simple and clearly
Everything that we were told was followed through and hassle free
We choose a fiesta BV18GBE which we are very pleased with, even on the day of pickup we were pleasantly surprised to find that the car which only had a couple of months MOT left had been done and new tyres added
Later this year we will be looking for another car and will look here first no doubt
The car was also given a service and was immaculately cleaned

Ben was very helpful and got the car
sorted for me in great time as discussed with car delivered to home carried out just as promised.
Would happily come back here to buy again.

Five star service from start to finish! I contacted Croyland as I had seen a car I liked on the website. We arrived at the agreed time and date to view the car and I have to say the service I have received has been beyond exceptional!! Dan Aspinall greeted us and took us to see the car. He was extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the car and its history. We test drove the car and knew it was the one we wanted! Dan took us through every step of the sale and explained the prep process to get the car ready for collection. I collected the car today and have to say I am so impressed with the handover process! The car was valeted and fueled ready for me to drive away!! I would 100% recommend Croyland Motors as the service is just exceptional!! Make sure to ask for Dan A!! You won’t be disappointed! Indi was a very honest and helpful salesman, making the process easy for us. Indi was understanding of our needs and flexible with us as we moved through the sale.
The Croyland selection was very impressive, and in a couple of visits we were able to see every car of interest.

It is absolutely VILE how I have been treated by Croyland, I purchased a BMW 330e from them and my sales experience was appalling and I should’ve known to run a mile at that point, the salesman had little to no knowledge in regards to the vehicle and they even priced the car incorrectly on autotrader and would not honour the listed price, then after only 3 months of ownership the cars hybrid battery failed resulting in estimated repairs of £4209 on a £14,000 car… Croyland kindly had the car recovered into BMW for me so they could investigate further but that’s when it went downhill entirely, BMW did a health check on the vehicle and reported around £700 in repairs that the vehicle needed on top of the £4209 hybrid battery repair yet Croyland claims their vehicles are thoroughly checked over before sale? I received a dismissive email from Croyland that basically said I’m the owner of the vehicle and I should deal with it all, they were keen to help up until BMW declined Croylands request for goodwill TWICE! After that Croyland went entirely silent so I sent in a letter requesting that they repair the car under my consumer rights and they did not respond in the 14 days I generously gave them, not even any acknowledgment to my request. I then sent another letter stating I was officially rejecting the vehicle under my consumer rights to which they also did not acknowledge or respond to which the deadline also expired on. Just as I was going to submit my claim to the courts I get a brief vague email stating they were arranging someone to investigate the fault to determine if the fault was present at sale or not, more than 1 month after the car broke down! It took them 1 month to come to that conclusion! I have been without a vehicle for this entire time and I am struggling to get around anywhere, my mental health has been seriously affected by this whole ordeal, I am losing sleep over this and I have had to postpone the hunt for my first house as I do not know where this is going to go and I feel like Croyland could not care less. I plead with you to shop elsewhere when buying a vehicle as I wouldn’t wish my experience on my worst enemy.

Visited Croyland this afternoon 10th August 2026 and for over 25mins none of the staff said hello or came to find out what we needed. However, a Caucasian woman walked in and was met by member of staff at the door and directed to one of the customer service.
Poor customer service and possibly racism.
You just lost a customer.
I'll take my money where it's valued!

It was a relaxed experience, no high pressure selling. Staff were friendly on my arrival. Ben was very efficient and straightforward.

Excellent customer service from Jamie burton at croylands.
Made buying my new car easy and advised me on finance etc where needed.
Wasn’t a pushy sales man
Can’t fault them or the process and I’d highly recommend Jamie and have to a friend at work.

From start to finish the whole process of purchasing my car was faultless. Indi went above and beyond with his customer service during the buying process. He was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. I requested some more photos and a video of the car I was interested in, and received a vast amount within the hour showcasing everything on the vehicle. He even picked me up from the local train station on the day of collection, a very nice touch.
