I switched from buying at another place and these guys actually get things delivered when they say they will. My armchair came in three days which was way faster than my previous furniture shop. I called about warranty stuff and someone actually answered instead of making me wait around for ages. The stuff is decent quality and nothing showed up broken which was good. It took maybe thirty minutes to put together and the instructions made sense to follow. No issues with delivery at all, everything went smooth. The packaging was solid too, protected everything well during shipping. Not going back to that other place anytime soon. Pretty happy with how this all went.

So I needed a new coffee table and I spent most of my time just wandering around their site trying to figure out where anything was. Eventually I called them and they picked up the phone which was nice. The table showed up when they promised and it seems solid enough. For the price it's fine. Not trying to win any design awards but it does what it's supposed to do. The delivery was straightforward and the whole thing took about a week from order to sitting in my living room. Nothing fancy about it but nothing wrong either.

Bought a sofa last month and it fits nicely in the space. Delivery was quick, which surprised me. The arm height is comfortable for watching telly.

Once the delivery arrived, I assembled everything right away. The materials feel premium, and the furniture fits perfectly into my home from a visual standpoint. The packaging was also well thought out. So far, I have nothing to complain about.
