Why do you continue selling?

TERRIBLE!!!!!! i have been waiting on a proper response from my order since March 17th, it is now April 17th and my order has not been shipped, sent anywhere, i doubt it has even been packed. I am so annoyed because i contacted them 2 weeks and not having any updates on my order, its been a month now and they keep saying “they will escalate it to senior management” and it has not. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! Terrible terrible decision

Pour donner suite a mon précédent avis depuis depuis je les ai contacté mais aucune réponse ducoup un commande d'environ 250 dollars de perdu si je savais j'aurais vendu l'item moi même c'est scandaleux

Pullover Frieda bestellt und nach 14 Tagen einen minderwertigen Pullover erhalten. Materialmängel, Materialzusammenstellung und Muster stimmen mit dem Angebot nicht überein. Größe falsch. Keine unfreie Rückgabe möglich. Hinhaltetaktik wird bei Beschwerden angewendet.Letztendlich musste ich PayPal einschalten.

Une bande de voleurs et d'escrocs. Le procureur devrait enquêter sur ce bordel de vêtements. Mon fils a commandé une veste chez eux l'année dernière pour 170 € et ne l'a toujours pas reçue. Ils ne prennent pas l'affaire au sérieux. Malgré des dizaines de messages envoyés, cette bande de voleurs répond par des messages automatiques. Je mets en garde les autres clients : ne vous faites pas avoir par ce fléau.

If I could rate zero stars I would!!!! I placed two separate orders with this fake company. The print states 3-7 days for delivery. After waiting over a month for my separate orders, the tracking info stated the items were delivered. I use my po box for convenience. Neither packages were there even though the tracking app stated they had arrived. Scammed!!! I contacted the company and they sent me an AI generated response that they were a respectable company and they stand by their products. Well, I wouldn't know because I never received them. I contacted my bank to report them and received a credit back to my account. If you have been scammed by this company you should do the same.

Do not buy anything from these people.
Bought a jacket in Nov2025 £148. It was a Xmas present for my son.
After many emails week after week after week it came surprisingly at the end of January 2026. Small enough to fit the average 8 year old boy.
Sent it back to them. Recorded signed for, took photos etc etc.
It’s now nearing the end of February and funnily enough no exchange, no refund.
Absolutely disgusting.
They are ripping people off constantly.
They need shutting down.
A disgrace.

My son bought a hoodie that turned out to be damaged. I have been trying to contact the company for over a month. Unfortunately, they keep brushing me off and I haven’t even received an address to return the product. I feel cheated and I strongly advise everyone against shopping at Corvidae.

Die bestellte Jacke war leider zu klein. Eine Rücksendung entwickelte sich jedoch zu einem extrem mühsamen Prozess.
Auf E-Mails wurde nur sporadisch geantwortet, Rücksendeinformationen kamen erst sehr spät – offenbar so lange, bis die 14-tägige Rückgabefrist fast vorbei war.

Obwohl auf der Webseite mit einem Retourlabel geworben wird, habe ich keines erhalten und musste die Jacke selbst für 25 € zurücksenden.
Die Ware ist laut Sendungsverfolgung längst zugestellt, dennoch warte ich weiterhin auf meine Rückerstattung. Der Fall läuft inzwischen über PayPal.

Sehr enttäuschender Kundenservice, keine Empfehlung.

Update: Nachdem der Händler trotz Rücksendung und Zustellung keine Rückerstattung vorgenommen hat, hat PayPal schließlich zu meinen Gunsten entschieden und den Betrag vollständig erstattet.

awful customer service, ordered over a month ago and haven't got my package, back and forths over emails getting me nowhere, wouldnt order at all

My son bought 2 puffer jackets from Corvidae in December and we’d lost hope they’d actually arrive but they did 2 days ago so delivery took about 7 weeks. Lots of AI generated email updates confirming they were on their way but we weren’t holding our breath after reading the negative reviews. We were pleasantly surprised when the delivery guy knocked on the door! Not only did they arrive but they are very good quality and design. My son ordered a green khaki and the white. We thought he’d look like someone from East 17 in the white but it’s actually a grey white rather than bright white so it’s actually very nice. Excellent that you can convert into a gilet too. Logo badge is a bit big but I’m not a teenager so what would I know… if you can wait out the long delivery, the quality and design are good, well made and look much better than most things you’d find on the high street for this age group.

Super upset with this company I ordered some pants it's been almost 4 weeks haven't received my order and to top it off this company is requiring me to pay an additional price to speak to someone that can help me I tried emailing them and of course it don't exist I would like to know we're can I go with this so this company won't scam no one else

horrible shop. scammed me from 6 pair of jeans. shipped from china and it took a month to say “deliver” but it never got to my place. will definitely find them to shut down their shop. if it even exists

Hab eine Shiny Black Technical Puffer bestellt. Die qualität ist extrem überzeugend. Hab sie heute bekommen, hat also insgesamt 17 tage gebraucht der versand. Hatte demnach kaum probleme da das im vergleich zu anderen Bestellern relativ schnell ist. Größe M passt perfekt für mich (1,78 m Groß). Preisleistung ist völlig im rahmen wenn man beachtet dass die Ärmel und Kapuze abzumachen sind, und im großen und ganzen sehr Gemütlich

Ho fatto un ordine il 30 Novembre e al momento non solo non ho ricevuto nulla ma continuano a dirmi che è in viaggio e sta arrivando quando la spedizione risulta ancora ferma al 3 Dicembre.
Ho chiesto un rimborso e non arriva neanche quello, ho aperto contestazione su PayPal, speriamo bene.

Truffa. Paghi, ti danno il codice di spedizione dopo due giorni e non danno la merce al corriere.
Oggi è il 23 gennaio sto aspettando dal 3 dicembre
Exit oggi è il 27/03 e ancora non spedisce, scrivo tutti i giorni

Købte en jakke på hjemmesiden, hvor de har sagt at det går 10 arbejdsdage for levering. Der ender med at gå næsten 2 måneder før jeg får jakken. Jakken ankommer med løse snore og syninger. Og jeg tør ikke at sende retur da der er utrolig mange der har sendt deres jakker retur uden nogensinde at få pengene tilbage alligevel.
