I still haven't recieved my order after more than three months, despite chasing multiple times. I recieved a confirmation of purchase email, followed by an email a few days later, asking me to review my purchase. The sellers website is no longer active, so they've clearly just taken my money and ran off with it.

Avoid this company!!! I placed my order for 2 sets of compression stockings on 30.06.2025 & have yet to recieve them. The website clearly states delivery within 3 - 5 days. I was in need of these as I suffer from post thrombotic syndrome and was hoping the extra support would ease the pain I go through on a daily basis. As of writing this review I have yet to recieve my items and no responses to emails. I have now requested a refund which I don`t hold out hopes for either. There is no other way to contact this company other than via emails which go unanswered. Look for alternative options as you will be sorely disappointed if you order from these.

Great product that has helped my daughter with dn ongoing shin splints problem. She loves the calf sleeves and has her running friends all asking about what they are and there she got them from! Fast delivery too.

Update August:

I sent a formal notice and received no response and raised a dispute with my bank. They have the audacity to claim there is no issue. These people are thieves please do not waste your time and hard earned money on this disgusting company!

Please steer clear of this company. They are crooks! People like this should be shut down. I purchased two items and one was not fit for purpose. I have tried to contact them several times for the return of one item and like the others have stated there is no response. Horrible service and company. Please do not order from them directly.

The fit is very bad. The legs are too loose and waist too tight. I don’t think they are doing what they are meant to do at all

It had a good website, positive feedback and a product that was perfect for my son’s needs. Ordering was painless but the shorts and tee shirt has never arrived. I’ve messaged the sales email but it hasn’t even been acknowledged. A little research shows that other sites that sell their product only have very large sizes - so there may be a stock shortage - BUT why not communicate that. I tried to use a British company but now feel like I’ve been scammed.

I ordered the socks to help me with recovering from an injury and they have worked wonders, they do the job, are comfortable and were delivered quickly.

Order not received even after one month of waiting. Customer service was poor albeit when asked for a refund this was the most efficient part of the order. Maybe it was a guilty reaction & reflection of poor service that the refund was processed so quickly.
Will look else where for the same products.

Compression tights ordered 3/2/2025 (£69.99). Despite repeated emails to the company - no response and no goods received. Interesting that there is no phone number to call them and the integrity of the owner - Mr Dean Holloway is also questionable? I would not recommend ordering anything from CRX Compression.

I haven't received my compression socks as of yet as I was notified that I must pay customs on top of the price that I have paid. I emailed CRX but have t heard anything back and that was over a month ago.

I wanted to return my merchandise (Dec 22nd) because it did not fit properly. I submitted the return within the window of time, but company didn't response to my request until January 14th stating they would action immediately. They blamed the delay on a software issue. They never processed the return and continued to ignore my emails. It is Feb 9th and I am now having my bank dispute this charge. Don't buy from this company.

I ordered 2 pairs of compression leggings a few weeks ago, in sizes medium and large as I am in between sizes and wasn’t sure which would fit best. On the plus side both arrived in good time; the medium size fits perfectly. I am very happy with medium but I have been trying to exchange the (unworn) large leggings for another medium pair since day they were delivered. I received an auto response confirmation of my exchange request on 4/1 but to date, despite chasing, I have not received a response on how to exchange or return. The leggings are expensive, and whilst I am happy to pay, I would expect to be able to exchange or return with the same level of service as the original purchase.
