They cleaned our carpet on 5th November and it is a disaster. First of all, our carpet was so wet it took 2 days to make it dry. We couldn’t close the windows for 2 days. It has a really strong smell because of overuse of cleaning solutions. This smell is so toxic it makes the whole family quite sick. We still can't stay in that room for more than a few minutes due to this toxic smell. We have already cleaned the carpet using Rug Doctor with only water for 3 times. All 3 times it was clear the carpet is still full of the cleaning solution.
What's funny is that despite the overuse of the detergent the stains on our carpet have not been removed. Avoid them, don’t let them to bring you problems you'll have to deal with.
