I contacted crystal comfort initially as i wanted to use my own fabric for the Elysian Bed frame, absolutely delightful to work with and the product was perfectly made, delivery was made on time and i would definitely use again for upcoming projects.

I purchased 2x Hampton Sofa in a three seater ivory colour, i can honestly say the purchase process and aftercare has been excellent from crystal comfort.

Product is well made with good craftsmanship.

It was hard finding a good company, I have previously tried others so was reluctant. Crystal Comfort was perfect from start to finish. I needed a bespoke size bed for the girls room and this was no trouble for crystal. Thanks crystal and keep it up.

Amazing experience from beginning to end. The level of customer service was amazing. We showed them a picture of what we were looking for and then customised and used the fabric we preferred and the sofas came exactly how we visioned it to be. I couldn’t have asked for anything different. The communication from order to delivery was perfect and the delivery was as smooth as possible. We also ordered our ottoman king size bed and had our own personalised touches to it which again came through exactly how we wanted! The quality of the bed was perfect it looks amazing!! We had a deadline of when we needed the bed by and they didn’t disappoint! The bed turned up earlier than expected! I couldn’t recommend Crystal Comfort enough!

Excellent customer service, was delivered the wrong colour ottoman but it was quickly rectified and new one sent out the next day.

I’m absolutely over the moon with my bed! I couldn’t recommend enough. The bed itself was simple to put together it took me like 10 minutes. The bed looks and feels so luxurious and I am so glad I ordered a storage box to match.

The only downside is my storage box has a slight fault in the folded design. It stands out like a sore thumb but doesn’t effect the use at all.

I think the bed I purchased went on sale the next day which is a bummer 😩 but I’m still happy with the bed ❤️

Really good quality beds I got for the family, needed them urgently and the speed of service was excellent. Highly, highly recommend to anyone who wants quality and affordability beds for themselves or their family.

From the moment I ordered my bed every question I asked was answered very quickly, I received my bed yesterday which was very simple to build with simple instructions. My bed is absolutely beautiful 😍 I would recommend this company 10 out 10. Very very good quality 😌😌

HORRENDOUS! I appreciate that this may not be everyone's experience however please bear in mind if something does go wrong they will take an eternity to resolve it.

I ordered a bed on the 20th November 2021 and asked if it could be specifically delivered on or before the 30th December as I had a new mattress coming from Dreams.

They assured me someone would be in contact 3 weeks after my order to arrange a date. This was after I called their landline 5 times with no answer.

3 weeks came and I heard nothing so I called them and spoke to 2 men on 2 seperate occassions who said it would be possible. I didnt receive my bed until the 5th January with no communication from them.

The bed turned up dirty and they used a 3rd party logistics compny who turned up high and damaged my floor dragging the bed into my living room.

It has been weeks and I finally got a refund from them as i refused delivery. I am now battling with the god awful logistics company SGK distributions about paying to fix the damage. I have never had a worse experience in my life.

I ordered a new bed on the 5th from another company pascal beds and they delivered my new bed within 3 days and were excellent.

I asked Crystal Comforts to help me resolve the issue with SGK however they dont give a damn!!

I have called in excess of 50 times and no one ever answers their phone.

It gets better after having called them numerous times with no answer they then called me today off a private number to complain about why I had left a bad review. I had to agree I wouldn't leave a bad review in order to get my refund.

Its farcical. The guy that called me is called Adam and is very argumentative.

They have also just tried to counter my review by saying they believe I am referring to another company.

I don't know what they expect the outcome of this to be when their service was poor and I am entitled to let people know.

The fact they have made more effort to contact me since I left this review than when I made my order and they are now lying is testament to this companies ethics.

I requested the 30th of December on 2 seperate occassions by phone and both the men I spoke to said it would be fine. I was never told you would be closed on those days.

I will release call records and emails to show I am not fabricating anything if they continue to call me a liar.

I asked them to help me rectify the issue with the 3rd party logistics company which they stated I would need to take it up directly.

I got a full refund because I am entitled to one.

I was looking for the right bed for months and finally found one on the Crystal Comfort website. I emailed back and forth with Adam at CC with many questions over several weeks and then finally placed my order in November 2021 with a request for delivery in early January 2022 once I had completed on my new house. I was so excited about receiving my new super king ottoman bed in plush red velvet, it was going to look amazing!

However, I then received an email from CC just before Christmas informing me that unfortunately they were having trouble finding a supply of plush red velvet so perhaps I wanted to decide on a different colour? I was so disappointed about this as I had my heart set on the red plus I had already purchased some matching cushions for the bed.

I wrote back asking if there was the option to wait a bit longer for the plush red velvet to become available again, which I would have been happy to do, but as this was now during the Christmas period I didn't hear anything back from CC until the 4th January.

But to my surprise CC pulled out all the stops and informed me that they had sourced the material and my plush red velvet super king ottoman would be arriving within the next few days/week! I was overjoyed and so excited once again.

Delivery day came, the bed arrived and the colour did not disappoint. There was a slight cause for concern when the two delivery guys had shocked expressions when I informed them that I had booked assembly as part of the delivery. But in fairness to them, they dealt with it and assembled the bed just fine and it looks completely amazing, even better than I had expected.

Thank you Crystal Comfort for providing me with all the information I requested during my research period, and for not letting me down with the plush red velvet. I love my new bed!

Fastest delivery I ever had on a furniture. Just 10 days from ordering it and everything well explained in detail. Material fantastic ,exactly how it looks on the pics. And customer service have fast response 👍
