It is hard not to like Peter and be put at ease

I am most grateful to both John and Peter for the time they spent finding hearing aids that would be better than the ones I currently wear. They tried a number of the best makes and models (and allowed me to take a pair home for a trial) but in the end I opted to keep the ones I've got. That is most certainly a reflection on me rather than John and Peter who were the absolute models of courtesy and professionalism throughout. Their skill and patience and their knowledge of the hearing aids world is all you could ever wish for. Without doubt it will be Crystal Hearing I turn to when I eventually do get tired of the aids I've got, and in the meantime I will continue to be a regular customer for their most excellent wax removal service.

This was my second visit to Crystal Hearing ( I had an appointment in 2022. I considered their service efficient and at the same time relaxed which inspired confidence. On my return visit today ( at their new premises) Peter provided the same high level of service I received at my last visit. I highly recommend Crystal Hearing.

Sally was excellent. The office was well set up, clean, and very professional, and the location was easy to get to. Sally was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease throughout the appointment.

She used a combination of water irrigation and micro-suction to clear my ears, and the process was quick, painless, and very easy. Afterward, she showed me my clear ears and explained exactly what I was looking at, which was very reassuring.

She also sent through a thorough explanation of what she had done and offered post-procedure support if I needed it. Overall, it was a great experience and good value. I would happily use them again in the future if I ever needed to.

This time I needed my ears done at home due to being in recovery from hip replacement surgery.
The lady that came was very helpful and the procedure went well, and gave me instant relief from blocked ears! I highly recommend this service from Chrystal Hearing if you are unable to attend their clinic.

Peter was professional, patient, knowledgeable and very helpful on my first visit to Crystal Hearing. I was very anxious about it all after suffering from impacted ear wax and hearing loss. Following a visit to Crystal Hearing Ltd, at Marlow Bottom yesterday, I must record my thanks to Peter (Goldsworthy) for sorting a recent ear wax issue I have had.

Very easy to make an online booking and was sent a courtesy reminder to attend. Arrived approx 10 mins before our appointment but seen almost immediately.... Peter was absolutely fabulous! Made us feel very much at ease, explained everything as we were going along (got to see the insides of our ears before and after - might have nightmares for years! 😆). It was a quick and smooth process. Even got a detailed, personalised email (post-visit), explaining what had been done and how to help avoid issues in the future. People dont realise how uncomfortable it is to have a blocked ear and the consequences of this:tinnitus and loss of balance.
Be careful of using the local pharmacy as they dont have all the equipment or experience.

I ordered the Partner Mic for my Phonak Audeo hearing aids. The price was excellent and the ordering process was very good, with lots of help. The product arrived in good time, well packaged and undamaged. It works brilliantly. I am completely happy with the service received from Crystal Hearing and would recommend them highly.
