2 Etched Whiskey Glasses!
I had 2 whiskey glasses made for a friend who makes guitars, with his company's logo on one side, and his name on the other. They came out GREAT! I wish I could post the pictures he sent me!

Organic packaging was nice!
I really like how the packaging was compostable. I put all the starch packing peanuts in my compost and recycled the rest! The product came quickly. I ordered the free trial whiskey glass since I was a new customer, but since I simultaneous ordered 10 beer glasses, they did not send the free glass. Too bad!

Hello! Thank you for your review and for noticing our attempts at helping to clean up our environment with our packaging! We offer the "free sample" for new customers whose intention is to order a bulk quantity in the future with their company logo and who are hesitant to place the big order without seeing a sample of our carving. The listing for the free sample explains the details and our intention. It's an "on your honor" system with the hopes that bulk orders will be ongoing in the future if (when!) the customer falls in love with our deep-carved finish. When customers are placing an order for other items simultaneously, we don't send the free sample because the customer will see the carving in the order they've placed otherwise. In your case, the beer glasses were showcasing our talents for you already. I hope that makes sense! We hope you'll be a repeat customer and share us with your friends. I ordered 4 pilsner glasses as a gift. Two were broken in transit. I got the replacements in a week with no hassle - we sent photos. The glasses are absolutely amazing!

1st glass came in not right
1st glass came in not right, they did not hesitate to fix the problem and provide another glass free of charge and VERY fast turn around. Although I was disappointed with the first glass they more than made up for it with customer service. Thanks, L
