I ordered a couple products from CrystalPlus over the past few years and they have consistently had great item quality, thoughtful and detail-oriented customer service, as well as stylish and modern art designs. I really enjoy that you can really customize the product however you want, and their graphic design team is very attentive with reviewing proofs. The website also made shopping and check out a breeze. It is easy to use and has a stylish design. The customer service here is top notch as well. I realized after check out that I needed to order a product for rush delivery and they were able to make it happen for me over the phone.

Easy to find what I need and love the communication about the proof.

We ordered an award for our boss to show how much we appreciated his assistance with training and troubleshooting. It was beautifully designed. The team helping us with the Logo and lettering were friendly and helpful in terms of making sure everything fit. Next time I need an award, I will think of them first.

Hugely disappointed. Bubbles - 2 of them - right at the front and very visble on a $600 vase. They say this meets their standards - not very high standards in my opinion. They rely on the small print. Even more disappointing given they know what the right thing is to do when the bubbles are totally visible at the front. Beware.

I bought 1 gift from Crystal Plus (customized decanter with logo engraving) as a gift for someone. It turned out beautiful, and looked exactly like I expected based on the proof they sent me before making the piece. It arrived WAY SOONER than I was expecting, and it was packed beautifully with tons of packing peanuts and bubble wrap, so there was no damage whatsoever. Before I ordered, I was a bit worried about cracks or scratches due to shipping, but the decanter arrived in perfect condition. I will absolutely be buying more gifts from Crystal Plus next holiday season!

Very pretty and quick delivery
