PLEASE DO NOT GIVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY TO THIS COMPANY!

I bought a pair of New Balance sneakers from this website as they were priced slightly better than I had found on other sites - but not so cheap that it made me suspicious that something was up.

First of all, it took more than 2 weeks for my order to arrive, which these days is a long time when typically companies are delivering between 1-4 days, even with standard shipping.

Anyway, upon opening my order I immediately could see that the wrong item had been sent - correct model of sneakers but wrong colour (annoying but OK this can happen, no worries, I'll just return them). As soon as I picked up the shoe my immediate feeling is that they are fake - I've bought a lot of New Balance and these didn't feel quite right, the shoe felt lighter than usual. I could be wrong so don't take my word for it.

I emailed Cryzor support to ask how I can return the item for a refund and they were very prompt in replying and apologising for the mistake. They asked me to send some pictures of the shoes as proof that they are not the item I purchased, which I immediately did. Again, they replied quickly to say that they will speak to the warehouse about stock of the correct item. By this point, I had my suspicions about the authenticity of the product, so I emphasised to them that I am seeking a return/refund, not an exchange.

This is was now 2 weeks ago and, despite a number of follow up emails from me, I have received no further communication from Cryzor. This is when I tried to find a phone number for Cryzor, but there's nothing available online (very suspicious). I decided to check TrustPilot reviews and saw a number of people who had similar experiences - wrong item sent, no further contact after you request a refund. I REALLY wish that I'd checked TrustPilot before giving these thieves £150 of my money, that I now realise I'll never see again.

I will be reporting this company to the Trading Standards Authority in the UK. I don't expect this will help me to get my money back but hopefully it can help to initiate an investigation into this company and help others not to be scammed in future.

Honestly, I'm kicking myself that I was stupid enough to purchase from a random company that I'd never heard of before. Please do not make the same mistake as me!

Dure sneakers besteld. Werden bezorgd maar ik was niet tevreden over de kwaliteit en de maat. Toen ik contact zocht met de klantenservice kreeg ik eerste een vaag mailtje over ruilen. Toen ik aangaf dat ik niet wilde ruilen maar retourneren kreeg ik geen reactie meer. Het adres wat op de website vermeld stond voor retourneren bleek niet te bestaan.

FAKE WEBSITE. Doesn't deliver and uses suspicious startegies,m delivering unknown parcel after weeks even though i got money back for fraudolent transaction from Paypal. STAY AWAY, the site looks real, even seems to have a real Support Center, but stolen photos, now trying to making it look more real, but it's all scam. In Italy they use also an address (real) but of a FAKE PHYSICAL STORE in Crotone. STAY AWAY, gonna notify to autorities the website hoping to protect people.

Keine Rückmeldung bzw richtiges Ghosting nachdem ich eine Rückgabe angefordert habe.

Ich habe 3 Paar Sneaker im Wert von über 500.- online gekauft, dann leider doch binnen 14 Tagen stornieren müssen. Refundiert habe ich nur 175.- bekommen. Jetzt muss ich meinen Anwalt bemühen.

Scam website. Doesn't deliver the product. And you'll lose contact once you want your money back.

I’m a small normally and because it was advertised as oversized I didn’t size up. I wish I had ordered a medium cuz it fits but it’s tight. (I’m 5.6 and 125 pounds) I love the sweater though! It’s definitely worth the buy! 💜💜
