My resent experience with CS was excellent
My resent experience with CS Translation was very good. Once I requested a quote online I was contacted by Paul to discuss the job in person. I was happy with the price and the time scale he gave for the translation of 2 legal documents. Everything was done very professionally. The translations were ready within 2 working days and my lawyer was happy with them

Avoid at all costs!
To cut a long story short. Be careful when sending documents to this company. The address on the website is a Thai restaurant and I had lost my original documents for three months. Kindly, the company refunded me for the cost of their services recently which is appreciated, however I still had to pay a London courier to collect the certificate, and I did spend three months of chasing up and investigating to find the certificate in the end

I used this service to translate a document from Arabic to English, for the purpose of UKVI visa application (The visa was issued successfully). The service was fast. After receiving the first version, there were some aspects of the translation (spelling of names, word choice) that I wanted to amend. The liaison and translator were responsive and made the changes at no additional cost.

I needed the translation for the visa
I needed the translation for the visa, it was 1 day later than promised. However the customer service did respond to my calls. Did the job, however, the font used for the translator information is something like comic sans - does not seem serious. Got bombarded with emails to leave the review so there you go.
