I really struggled with food safety level 1, this course made me feel VERY stupid as questions 1 and 5 also some others of assessment two, took me 5 try's to get having to search the web and refer back 20-30 times... the matching answers didn't make any sense to me and didn't match the modules that had the answers for these. not very happy with this course in that regard also the lady over the phone i asked for help become slight rude and over my questions when seeking help about the layout of the platform and learning my way around it. though all gets marked quickly and was affordable.

i purchased the RSAT course for $25, believing that i would be receiving the necessary certificate at the end of the course. After spending almost 2 hours reading the information and completing the quiz, there was a message at the end of it that said i needed to purchase the actual assessment via the NSW government website for an additional $19 to receive the certificate i thought i was purchasing in the first place...

And i quote "Congratulations you have now completed your online course.
You must now prepare for the RSAT assessment. The RSAT assessment must be purchased via the following TAFE NSW link. Click hereLinks to an external site. to purchase this".

Do not purchase this course, ive been scammed out of money for useless information

Extremely poor service before I even start!
Enrolment process doesn't work for my account. 5 days still waiting.
Would not proceed if it wasn't for WISE contract.

The worst online training ever they take your money and never deliver what they promised. Also when you finish your course without the help of them they will find any excuse to hold your qualification. When you hear them just run away coz they are scammers

Learning was enjoyable, the videos were challenging, would like more senorios to learn from and respond to, multiple choices. Overall a good experience to learn from.

Quentin the Trainer was super insightful, offering us examples to compliment written details. Kept us engaged and allowed group participation and discussion!

Great experience learning about the service of alcohol!

This was a requirement for my uni course subject, but I feel like I have gotten quite a lot out of this course from cta. Not only was the training straightforward, but it was also informative in many ways. I have learnt a lot, and the certificate also enabled many more opportunities for myself.

Quick and easy to complete

This is really cool and very good

it was a highly accessible program that i was able to complete while still studying full time for uni. this is the best and cheapest option to getting an RSA

I loved my experience because whenever I was stuck on something I would reach out and you guys got back to me straight away U also gave me a second chance at my video n helped me with tips with it and I passed you guys are amazing keep up the great work definitely will be recommending you guys to everyone thank U so much so grateful

Course structure was so easy to follow and the feedback from assessor’s was great.

Everything was easy to understand. The fact that you can do better and correct your errors is something that I have appreciated.
I learned a lot from all the booklets that the course has been given.

Great and accessible course. Can get it done in less than 6 hours. They respond really quickly, most of my quizzes and assignments were responded to within minutes/hours. Then got my certificate less than 12 hours after my completion.

I did the on line course, which is a great option as you can pace it yourself. You have time to take notes properly and stop if you need a break. I don’t love the video part, if you watch it again, it’s never good enough…in person you don’t have that option.
Overall a positive experience.
