We have serious concerns regarding this service. Despite the same day stated processing time of the evisa application, our application is still pending after 13 days from applying for it. This is causing significant stress and uncertainty for our upcoming travel plans.
We paid a significantly higher fee (£89 each) almost seven times the average cost (£22), for what we expected to be a reliable and efficient service. However, not only have our visas not been processed within the promised timeframe, but there is also no available contact number for support, and we have been unable to find verified customer reviews confirming their legitimacy. This has left us deeply concerned about whether we will receive our visa at all.
As our travel date approaches, we are particularly worried that we may only receive an outcome six days before departure and what that may be, which is far too late and does not allow adequate time for planning. Instead, we verified that we should have received the e-visa Cuban government number once the application was processed with a link to the D-Vijero form that must be filled in 6 days from the entry to the country. Instead, we received just an order number, and we were provided by this company with the wrong information after we raised our concerns to them, saying that the visa for Cuba must be processed within 6 days from the date of entry, which is not correct. This company has been flagged up to customer authorities and google as their activities appear fraudulent.
