The discounted subscription includes a minimum commitment of two deliveries. Once a renewal order has already been processed, it cannot simply be cancelled or refunded as though the charge had not occurred. When the subscription offer is selected, the recurring price, delivery frequency and renewal information are displayed during the ordering process and included in the confirmation email.

The lower introductory subscription price comes with a minimum commitment of two deliveries. This is why a second order was processed before the subscription became eligible for cancellation. It was not an additional charge created without an order agreement; it was the scheduled second delivery associated with the discounted option selected at checkout.

Regarding Trustpilot, we do not create, purchase or publish fake customer reviews. Reviews represent the experiences and opinions submitted by individual customers, which is why they include both positive and negative feedback.

Hello, we’re sorry you’re unhappy, but this review leaves out an important fact: the carrier marked the order as delivered. Once a parcel has been scanned as delivered at the address provided by the customer, we cannot honestly treat it as though it was never shipped.

Our team can only work with the official tracking information supplied by the delivery company. If a customer believes the parcel was left in the wrong place, taken after delivery, accepted by someone else, or delivered to an incorrectly entered address, the correct next step is to contact the carrier and check with neighbours, reception, household members, or the local delivery office. We do not control what happens to a parcel after the carrier confirms delivery.

We also reject the accusation that the reviews on our website are fake. Customers are free to leave both positive and negative feedback, as this review itself demonstrates.

It is understandable to be frustrated when a parcel cannot be located, but blaming the company after the carrier confirms delivery does not make the business dishonest or the customer service poor. Our support team responded using the evidence available, not assumptions.

A customer cannot select the cheaper subscription price to receive the discount and then later treat it as though a one-time purchase was made. The discount and subscription commitment are part of the same offer. Once an order has already been processed, cancelling the subscription does not automatically cancel or refund that order.

We also reject the accusation that our website contains fake reviews. Reviews reflect individual customer experiences, which naturally include different opinions and results.

Hello, this accusation is completely unfounded. We do not create, purchase, edit, or publish fake Trustpilot reviews. The reviews displayed on our website reflect feedback submitted by customers, and naturally, not every customer will have the same experience.

Simply disagreeing with positive reviews does not make them fake. If you have genuine evidence that a specific review is fraudulent, please provide it. Otherwise, making a blanket accusation without any proof is neither fair nor accurate.
