Ich habe die Saddlebag genäht und sie…
Ich habe die Saddlebag genäht und sie ist furchtbar. Erstens kleiner als auf den Foto (aber die Maße stimmen, nur das Foto ist ein Fake) und sie rollt sich so zusammen dass ich sie wegschmeißen musste). Cucubird meinte wenn sie genäht ist kann ich sie nicht mehr retournieren. Einen 10 Dollar Gutschein bekam ich...dann bestellte ich einen Anhänger der wieder anders aussieht, viel derber und farblich anders. Ich reklamierte wieder, 2 x, keine Antwort. BESTELLEN SIE NIEMALS OHNE PAYPAL HIER!

New Customer Experience
Prior to placing the order, I exchanged emails with the CSR regarding whether the gold hardware is available. For some reasons, I couldn't reply the emails from the CSR; therefore, I sent both online messages and new emails. I think this is something can be improved.
I placed the order according to the instruction once the CSR confirmed the hardware availability. It was a smooth sail from there.
The items I received are in good quality, but they didn't come with assembly instructions. I plan to reach out to the CSR to see whether this is something I need to download separately.
