Ordered the stuffed toy that was supposed to be good for cats who like to chew. After putting catnip on it, the toy is not even looked at by my 2 year old white domestic shorthair female. She will not chase it, chew it, or cuddle it. I think the toy is too large as they prefer smaller mouse size items.

I ordered the chew toy. The yellow with the emoji looking face. I didn't push it on my cat, yet, like all things, I let her find it on her terms. I saw only once her go for it and she actually got scared when she heard the crackling sound inside. I haven't seen her go back to it. It's still laying on the floor where she left it.
I will agree on the green chews for teeth. My cat paw'd it and then devoured it. I'd have to say that's a winna!

My cats will not touch the kicker toy. And none of my cats - I have 8 - will eat the dental treats. Every time I order, something is missing and I have to contact customer service. Have to say that Hazel is always helpful. I have decided to no longer order from your company. Nothing is ever as it appears to be or something my cats cannot do without. Sorry.

Happy family (including pets) equals happy and easier life. LOVE having a place to go to where I can take care of everything from health and dietary needs to spoiling my fur baby (which is a favorite thing to do)! No more hairballs and plenty of new toys too. Go on their website and take a peek! You won’t be disappointed.

I was really happy with the quality of the bed. My family lost a cat about two years ago and we have her sister - who means the world to us. The material is soft - which was my son's first comment. He's 8 and he loves the cat. The cat took to it fast and now sleeps on it over her typical spot. The quality is fine, well made and it has cushioning that seems to keep her very comfortable. Overall, I'm really happy with it.

The Omega 3 is ok overpriced for the amount. I accidently doubled the order and decided to keep it after calling about the front cat carrier that was too tight across my shoulders to wear comfortably. I was told
'The specifications were in the description you should have read it more carefully', Buyer beware, check Amazon first for Cat products.

No to the quality I expected very cheap reminds me of foreign countries quality

The creamy fish oil pump has been great for my cat - her coat is much shinier and she's not scratching as much. She also loves the taste, which makes it super easy to add to her food.

These cat grass sticks worked so well for my cat's hairballs. She started chewing them right away, and within a week she was so much better.

I was scammed, paid for two items 40 dollars then just very scummy high delivery prices 50 dollars just for that. Plus I'm close to them. But when I bought it it took 2 months just to get here. When I contacted the support all they did was nothing actually but when my package
arrived I just gotten shitty ass products not like it was advertised now I want my refund.

It was misleading and took about 5 weeks to arrive for a comb. I could fly to Egypt and back 4 times in that amount of time. My cat had no interest and just walked away. It didn't even collect the loose fur and fleas!

Ordered from them over 2 weeks ago and still not had my delivery. Really poor service. I will not be using them again

Difficult to trace items; there are no updates and the tracking number was for 1 item and I ordered 5. But customer services reply within 5 minutes and are very helpful. So it is ok but not perfect. I am in Sweden, Europe.

items shipped out late and took an unreasonable length of time to arrive. When they finally arrived, the packaging was crushed and one food item was all in Chinese with no English labeling. It was also clear items were grossly overpriced for the amount provided. Cuddles Meow refused to pay return shipping costs despite its website claims of "money back guaranteed" and "trust is earned" Needless to say, they did not earn my trust.

Placed an order on 9/30 and have not received it. Website states the 2 items i ordered are shipped from the US warehouse however the tracking states it shipped from the Netherlands and hasn't updated since 10/16. I reached out to customer service for a refund because it is the 26th and still hasn't reached the US. I also pointed out it shouldn't even be coming from overseas because the website states it would ship from US warehouse. The response was it's still in transit and they were out of stock in the US so it shipped from overseas. Had I known that when I was ordering I would not have purchased. Very misleading and very disappointed. They said if I don't get it next week they'll refund but I don't even want it anymore and I'm certainly not giving this to my cats

I ordered the Cat Grass Teething Stick in January and it took over 3 weeks to arrive. The date on the bag was 2023/10/18 which to me meant it had expired. The company claims that was the pack date. They smelled old and my cats had no interest at all in the sticks. Also, the log size was more for a dog than a cat being 3" long x 3/4" in diameter. Too big for a cat's mouth. The company would not let me return my order for being dissatisfied. Returns are only if the package was damaged.

My cat teething toy from cuddles and meow came today! My cat was fascinated with it but he didn’t bite the long silvervine piece. He only bit the grassy ends. At least he won’t chew on books anymore! Something odd I noticed with the product is that it was shipped from China to the Netherlands to the USA. And the outer package was from the Netherlands and the inner was from China. Shipping is around $5 and original price is $9.97. Almost $10. The cost total for me was $15.92, including an optional $1.00 tip. Processing was a week and shipping took a little over 2 weeks. But it was worth the wait!
