Great support, amazing service, highly recommend!

Beyond the excellent service they provide, the team at Cue genuinely care about their customers and always ensure satisfaction, regardless of the situation. We have been with them for several years and have only positive things to say. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Would recommend Cue to anyone

We have had a superb experience with Cue so far. Their implementation of our Live Chat was smooth, fast, and handled professionally and delicately, considering the sensitive nature of Meta in general - as we had our concerns.

The ongoing service and support we have received, since implementation, has been brilliant, and I’d especially like to mention Tannith, who has been incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our journey and relationship with CueDesk. Highly recommend CueDesk for anyone looking to level up their Customer Support/Live Chat.

Outstanding

I have to say that at first I was very dubious and nervous about going down this road.
However a year down the line and I can honestly say that it was the best decision we have made as far as embracing the technology that Cue offers through it's platform.
We have been able to reach our clients a lot quicker and more efficiently. The service and back up has been outstanding and the help with setting up the programming has been invaluable.
I can honestly say that the money has been so well spent. Keep up the great work and to Leah and Kerri and the whole Cue team - Thank you so much.

World class service, amazing team

I have had a great experience with the team from Cuedesk. The team has taken the time to support me and any questions I have had so far. The turn-around time for queries is world class and the platform has added so much for our business, our clients are enjoying using the system and our agents find it super easy to work with. Cuedesk has been a life saver for Altron FinTech.

Terrible customer care

Cue has provided the worst customer care I have experienced. The online order was faulty. The customer care was difficult to get a timely response, unsympathetic to their poor service and am yet to get any refund. I won’t be buying anything from Cue again.

From start to Finnish Cue had their finger on the pulse, not once did they drop the ball and most importantly they stuck to the implementation time line! What impressed us most is their ongoing customer support! Well done Cue!
