Good Experience

I was suspect, as I had never heard of them before. But my experience was great.
Purchase confirmation email came right away.

The website is very informative, detailed with regard to products. I was able to make sure everything I was looking for was included with the product. The product shipped timely, arrived quickly and was very well packaged. The product appears to be very well made.

Warning: Don't buy a gift here

Don't buy a gift here. Received a non-working coffee grinder, even though listing specifically says "Grinders are tested at the factory with coffee to ensure proper alignment, so there can be minimal signs of coffee in the burrs."

Took weeks to get a video from YouTube to fix it ourselves. I can't imagine texting grandma a link to take it apart and correct what got missed in their QA/QC process.

Asked for a partial refund/discount for inconvenience (this is not a cheap grinder, $200) and they said no. Boo. Not great experience. Won't purchase here again, and I strongly advise the same for others.

Tried to make a return and instead was…

Tried to make a return and instead was met with a bunch of obviously AI responses refusing to assist me. They also blamed me for them not having an updated return policy on the Shopify landing page, which is the system they use for checkout. I’ve never met a more lazy and rude customer service.

I make 3 loaves of sourdough bread once…

I make 3 loaves of sourdough bread once or twice a month, plus making other sourdough pastries, etc. I love that it is large and powerful enough to do all the kneading in the machine with so much flour and I don't have to take the dough out and knead it by hand. I had other great mixers but never this powerful!
I love it!

I made a purchase on 11/23 in the…

I made a purchase on 11/23 in the evening. Then I changed my mind and canceled my order first thing in the morning of the 11/24. They email me back saying US already picked it up and UPS tracking says different. Says it is still at the facility. Now they are shipping it out and said they are going to charge me 5% to take it back and a restocking fee. Not a good way to do business. And the terms say cancel within 24-48 hours. I was within 12 hours. Be careful ordering from them!!

Upon reviewing your order, it had already been confirmed and processed by the time your cancellation request was received. As outlined in our published Cancellation & Return Policy, orders are typically processed within 24–48 hours, and often sooner. Once processing is complete and the carrier has picked up the package, cancellations may incur applicable fees.

On the same day you requested cancellation, UPS had already picked up the shipment. UPS tracking pages can take several hours to update, which is why the status may have appeared different at the time you checked. Our team provided refund options in accordance with our policy, including details about associated fees.
