Great company to deal with. Chris Lloyd delivers water like clockwork every month and is very friendly and pleasant.

Dealt with Manny in customer care with regard to changing addresses and scheduling deliveries of water to the new address. We have a number of sites linked to our account and Manny was very helpful and efficient in resolving the issues and ensuring that we have scheduled delivers to all site locations. Very happy with how quickly and smoothly this process went.

My experience of dealing with the company directly has not been very good.
However, my experience of dealing directly with your delivery driver Chris Lloyd, has been excellent. He is more than courteous and extremely obliging. And always does his very best to ensure we have a sufficient delivery.

Our delivery driver Joe Costelloe is always effecient, cheerful and unobtrusive to our staff when carrying out deliveries to various parts of our building.

Alan has been delivering to our offices in Dundalk for sometime and I can't say enough good things about him! From the very first interaction, he has consistently been friendly and approachable, making each delivery a positive experience.

His accommodating nature truly stands out; whether it’s adjusting delivery times to fit our schedule or going the extra mile to ensure the water is placed exactly where we need it, he’s always willing to help. It's clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about his customers.

Still trying to have original issues resolved in relation to previous review. Zero resolution. Emails go un responded, promised more call backs which don’t happen.
Customer services that commented on my previous review to get in touch - I tried but you failed to contact me. I also had been in contact on other occasions and again… no response.

Today I spoke with Aisling, while nice did not help in any way, she couldn’t find my information and said she put me through to Dublin offices that deal with commercial business to see if they could find my information even though I am a residential customer. Dublin, were unable to do anything as I am a residential customer, called back again and spoke with another female member of staff who said she’d take note of my call and someone would be in touch, obviously no one was in touch. Called again and Eanna, who told me he would call me back the next day over 2 weeks ago and still hasn’t as he said he had it on list of priorities he had not got around to.

So I have wasted 2 full days waiting for a service where no one showed up, lied to and told technicians turned up but I did not answer despite me saying this was impossible and that I had cameras only to find out from the technician he did not come to my house. Still no date for a new appointment and absolutely zero feedback on the refund of €1000 I am due.

The did however ensure to submit a bill for a service that did not happen.

I would avoid this company at all costs. Terrible experience.

Also, customer services when you see this review instead of leaving information on how to contact at you, which I have done please contact me, you have my information.

Customer service for business is completely beyond a joke! Weeks of calls and emails because a delivery was delivered to the wrong location. No resolution and being told lies. Customer Service Reps huffing down the phone. Extremely poor service. Would not recommend to anyone
