I had ordered a coat from them- sadly it didn’t arrive within the time period I expected so I reached out to them and their customer service was excellent! Very quick response and were quick to resolve the problem (coat went missing). So I ordered the coat in one size up (room for jumper) this time as it was out of stock in the lower size. Fits great! Also they sent free masks with it! All in all very happy with my purchase.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new coat! It’s light weight but warm and cozy. The zippers are strong and the pockets feel soft inside! The customer service team was also extremely helpful and responsive! I can’t wait to order a longer one for next season!!!

Ordered two sizes as I wasn't sure which would fit best. The size I chose to keep fits perfectly - it's so warm and comfortable. The returns process was very easy and the customer service throughout has been brilliant. Definitely recommend.

It has been two weeks after receiving my short puffer jacket COLVILLE and I have really liked its shimmering semi-metallic dark green colour, which is special but also easily matches up with all my clothes. The jacket feels very soft and the puffer keeps me warm immediately despite its light weight. Overall, a fantastic jacket to wear and I will use it to survive this freezing winter :D

I absolutely love it! My Portobello has been keeping me so warm and cosy so far this Autumn, not to mention completely dry. It has quickly become my go-to jacket that I throw on over just about everything and will definitely be worn and cherished for years to come.

Very, very pleased with my Lonsdale jacket. Shipping was super fast and I did appreciate the hand-written note and face masks that came with it. The jacket looks and feels fantastic - very high quality and very high standard of craft(wo)manship. I was specifically looking for a vegan leather jacket and could not believe my luck when I found this one because it looks just perfect (sleek and stylish with just the right amount of hardware to be timeless) and it also ticks all the boxes on sustainability and fair working conditions. The hidden hood and inside pocket are a strong bonus - I am looking forward to the cooler months now.
