So, I ordered two hats from this company, and one of them arrived with a visible dirt line. I immediately went on their website to find customer support, but it was extremely difficult to locate any helpful contact options. When I finally found the “Chat with a live representative” button, it redirected me to an email form instead. I sent an email with photos of the issue, but I still haven’t received a response. After that, I reached out through all their social media platforms and finally got a reply on Instagram — but all they told me was to “try cleaning it.” Honestly, the app and website are terrible, and the customer service experience has been really disappointing.
Never received my order, no solutions offered
I’ve been a loyal Culture Kings customer for about four years and have spent around $4,000 with them. Unfortunately, my recent experience has completely changed my opinion.
Around Christmas, I placed four separate orders in one week (about $160 each). Three arrived without issue, but one was marked “undeliverable.” OnTrac later confirmed the package was lost. After multiple emails, Culture Kings issued me store credit since the items were sold out.
On January 4th, I used the credit to place a new order. By mid-February, I realized I never received a confirmation email. After contacting customer service again, they located the order — and it had once again been marked undeliverable and lost by OnTrac.
This time, I was told there was nothing they could do.
It’s extremely disappointing to lose money due to a shipping company they choose to use, especially as a long-time customer. Based on this experience, I would be cautious ordering from them.

Requested a cancellation and refund before the order even left the warehouse. Was told it would take 24 hours. Days passed with no refund or update. Had to escalate through Afterpay to get any action. Very poor communication and disappointing customer service. Would not recommend, won't be buying off them again. Disgusting.

There is no quality control
There is no quality control. I ordered a shirt that was a medium. It fit like a xxxl. The return policy is terrible, so I gave it to my husband and ordered a small. The shirt now fits like an xxs. The quality of the small is the same as SHEIN and doesn’t even feel like a cotton shirt. These people also want to charge $7 to return an item or even to exchange for a bigger size.

Will never be shopping from Culture Kings again. Ordered online took nearly a week and a half to arrive and product is faulty. I’ve emailed, called, and used the online contact form the second I received my order a week ago and still no answer from them at all. Will have to drive 40 minutes from my house to their store and demand they replace my shoes.

Bought an item from them. It was so laggy I double paid for an item. Contacted them via email within 2 hours to organize a refund for one of the items(site said get in touch within 48 hours)well within the time frame. When they finally contacted us it was past the 48 hours and sorry your parcel has been sent. For a large company. Crappy customer service and contact. I've bought heaps of these guys. Wont be using them again
NIGHTMARE returns process
NIGHTMARE returns process. You cant contact via a phone number (even though one is provided on their website) the online chat bot is AI, the email responses are AI. If you're NZ based you have to send your return back to Australia!! I have a a faulty product so i am trying to get postage paid return - so far it has been 2 weeks while i wait for them to respond to the photo evidence i have sent. I email for an update every other day, with just an AI return response.....I definitely will not be shopping here again.

What a disappointing waste of time and the worst customer experience I’ve encountered. On 11th November, I placed an online order for two pairs of Jordan Air shoes in size 13 as a Christmas and birthday gift. However, on Wednesday, 13th November, I realised I had mistakenly ordered the wrong size. I promptly called the team to explain the situation, and I was advised to reorder the shoes in size 12 online and that I would be refunded for the size 13 shoes once they arrived. This has not been the case at all. I am now seven emails deep with customer service, who is offering me either a gift voucher in exchange for the shoes or the option to send the shoes back to Australia for a refund—which will take weeks. Save yourself the headache. This company is going out of its way to make it as difficult as possible for me to get a refund, even for an item I’ve already reordered in the correct size from them. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE FROM CULTURE KINGS IF YOU LIVE IN NEW ZEALAND.

Worst place to order from, any time I’ve placed an order they cancel my order immediately, I contact support and they don’t have an answer is to why my order was cancelled, I will never support a business like this

What a horrible experience
1. I ordered a hat and I paid extra to have it shipped 2-3 days. It came after a week. Fine, as I understand things happen.
2. I opened the box and it was the WRONG order. Like literally the hat they shipped me wasn’t even remotely close to what I paid for. Still, I’m like ok, sometimes things get mixed up.
3. I contact customer service and it’s a complete nightmare. They keep passing my claim along to different people, I followed everything I was told in order to get a refund. I even said I’ll pay myself to ship the item back. I just want what I ordered.
4. It’s been a week and it’s still not solved. I’ve contacted them AGAIN asking for a refund instead because at this point I don’t even want the hat anymore. And the hat they sent me was ugly so it’s not even worth keeping for what I paid for the one I wanted.
NEVER AGAIN.

Customer service ,what a joke. Give you the run around. It's bad enough they mark up their prices ,& then have a fake sale . They sent my parcel to a city that I don't live in . Never got a reply back, just a link that I couldn't use , as it was from a different country . Not bloody helpful at all
An Absolute Nightmare - Culture Kings' Disastrous Customer Service
If there was an option to give zero stars, Culture Kings would be the prime candidate. My experience with their customer service has been nothing short of a complete and utter nightmare. I reached out to them for a simple request: to ship my order to Bulgaria, which they assured me was possible. But in a turn of events that feels like a bad joke, my order ended up being sent to Miami — a place I have no connection to.
The horror began when I tried to rectify this egregious mistake. Culture Kings' customer support might as well be a ghost service because all my urgent emails and messages might have gone into a black hole. Their response time is atrociously slow, and when they do find the time to grace you with a reply, it's nothing but unhelpful, templated responses that do nothing to address the situation at hand.
But it gets worse. Not only did they fail to correct the delivery address, but they also left me completely in the lurch, ignoring my pleas for help. The lack of accountability is staggering. It's as if once they have your money, you cease to exist for them. Their support is an illusion, a faint promise of help that never materializes.
I have been patient, I have been persistent, but Culture Kings has been consistently appalling. They've transformed online shopping from a convenience into a convoluted catastrophe. Their disregard for customer satisfaction is blatant, and their incompetency is on full display.
To anyone considering shopping with Culture Kings: run the other way. Save your money, save your time, and spare yourself from the inevitable frustration that comes with dealing with this company. They're not just a letdown; they're a masterclass in how to be the worst. Culture Kings is not just dropping the ball; they're throwing it into the abyss of customer service failures.
Do yourself a favor and find a retailer that respects its customers and understands the basics of e-commerce. Culture Kings clearly doesn't. Scammers is a term I don't use lightly, but how else can you describe a company that takes your money and offers you a headache in return?

Bought a pair of shoes and decided to return them the next day as my partner didn’t like them. They said we couldn’t get a refund and had to have store credit or exchange. He didn’t like anything they stocked. So took a store credit only to be told the credit couldn’t be put against a name and email or phone number and the physical card had to be used which means we have to treat it like cash. The stupidest policy. And we can’t use it online. What happens if there’s a shoe that’s sold online only? If we didn’t take the store credit I’d never shop here ever again
