Great company
Excellent customer service regarding ordering chemo for my dog.
Half the price of getting this medication from the vets. Speedy ordering.
Easy to communicate with
When I over ordered on my prescription they sorted it out straight away, amended, refunded and sent out promptly. When I had ran out of chemo tablets it was sent quickly so I wasn’t late in giving them to her.

Thoughtful Animal Company
Excellent packaging, thoughtful service and a good price. I’ve been ordering Solensia injections for my cat and I am always contacted about when a convenient time for delivery is, as it’s a refrigerated item. Brilliant service and lovely to do business with. Thank you for letting me keep my cat arthritis free.

Very straightforward procedure and you kept in touch through every step until delivery for which the packaging was superb and the freezer bags were still hard, so I knew the contents were safe.
