We have been using Curacubby as a school platform since 2020 and would definitely recommend it. Their customer service is exceptional. Whenever I encounter a problem or I need to talk to someone about an issue, I get someone to help me in an effective, friendly manner. I am very pleased with the customer service at Curacubby. Additionally, they are very helpful and have made registration and school payments much easier. I would highly recommend Curacubby for your school's registration and billing service.

Curacubby has saved us hours of work that we used to do manually for both invoicing and enrolling. All of our invoices are now automatically sent out on a schedule we created at the beginning of the school year. Creating an enrollment packet is also much easier. Parents have found the entire process (billing and enrolling) to be simple to use and prefer it as well.

Customer support is always available and addresses concerns promptly.

The CDU Department in our school district has used Curacubby for quite a few years and we have been very happy with the service. We use Curacubby for 4 different programs (preschools, private pay afterschool programs, ELOP attendance tracking, and adult education).

Curacubby has streamlined our billing and has digitalized our enrollment process which also means that we have cut the amount of paper we need to use. While there are kinks now and then, and there can be some limitations, Curacubby's customer service team is wonderful and always provides quick solutions/alternatives, or will even change the software to meet our needs.

Our school had started to work with Curacubby at the beginning of the COVID shutdown as we needed to provide an opportunity for the school community to submit their tuition payments electronically. We feel very fortunate to have found Curacubby at that time. Not only their product is user friendly for both our customers and us, but the support team is AMAZING in their efforts to provide a timely service regardless of the complexity of the issue. It is such a great feeling to know that we work with professionals who KNOW their product very well, CARE about their customers, and are ALWAYS there if you need them! The one on one support from Curacubby project managers is helpful and very in depth. They have been extremely helpful with their beta testing, and they are open to putting in the work and they are very open to making changes on the spot. Their V2 is smoother than V1, but there are still some kinks that come with learning and using it. They are receptive to realtime feedback and have given quick fixes, and have a road map for longer term fixes.

Curacubby helps us stay organized and efficient!

Curacubby has been essential in creating a smooth administration for our school. We can hold almost all of our information in one place and many of the features allow our school to run much more efficiently. The customer service is also amazing. Anytime we have had a problem or are looking for a new way to adapt Curacubby to meet our needs, they have always found ways to help us and in n a timely manner. I would highly recommend Curacubby to anyone looking for a new back end system for their program.

Our school has been working with Curacubby since 2019 and have been quite pleased with their responsiveness and willingness to make improvements to reporting and processing throughout their growth over the past four years. Recently, we needed some assistance with how to set up our Family Signup form for the new school year. Sam was there every step of the way via a video meeting to assist and to ensure I felt comfortable with the steps involved to get ready for a new enrollment cycle.

Curacubby has been great for our Montessori school. We use it for staff and parents' sign in and sign out everyday, also for billing, for enrollment applications and for information data base required by DSS.

Whenever we need a new feature, Curacubby can add it for us. Their customer service is amazing! They walk you through step by step on the phone, on zoom or with a personalized prerecorded video. They never stop until you get all the support you need!
