I have paid but havent received

I have paid but havent received, so I’m waiting to get Curaid… 2 stars because I have hope. Its only been 10 days.

I have been using the Curaface pro…

I have been using the Curaface pro daily for three weeks now. I give it two stars because my skin may look a little calmer, but that's it. I have tried to contact customer service before, but I have not received a response. What I miss is a clear user manual on how to use the Curaface pro; - how often do you have to move the device over your face (does this have to be done three times on the same spot, or maybe ten times??) - do you have to use the blue light after the red light? Or the blue in the morning and the red in the evening? - do you use the red light after your serum and then your night cream, or do you apply everything first and then the light on it? And what about the blue light. In short, how do you get the most out of the device, I have no idea..... A real shame!!

Caring customer support

After having a less-than-ideal experience with their customer support, they resolved the issue with a proactive solution that helped me lower my guard regarding the legitimacy of their business. Upon acknowledging their mistake, they demonstrated that they can be genuinely attentive and caring towards their customers, and I am pleased with the agreement. I haven't used the device yet, but I will update this review after doing so. Thank you!

Very quick service!

Very quick service;a track/trace code was sent by email the day after ordering, and the product was delivered within 3 days after placing the order.
The only point for improvement is the content: it would be much better if the use of the product was outlined in the manual. It only states the 3 functions and what they (can) do. What I would love to know is how to use it (for instance, circular movements or...) and how often for best results.
Other than that: PERFECT!

Extremely disappointed. FAULTY DEVICE

Extremely disappointed.
The device arrived faulty—I have to charge it overnight just to get 3 minutes of use. Despite their 30-day refund policy, when I contacted customer service with proof, they refused to honor it. The product quality is unacceptable and the customer support even worse. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.

To qualify, we just ask for a quick photo or video of your skin before using the product, followed by a few progress images around every 30 days. This helps us track usage and results. Everything can be easily sent to support@curaid.com within the 90-day window — but these steps were not completed in this case.

Device doesn't turn off, no response from Customer Support

I actually like the red-light handheld device. It's simple to use, the massage function is good, and the temperatures of both the hot and cold setting are lovely. I can't say whether the light is having an affect yet unfortunately, because I've only had it a week or so.

But the biggest problem is that the hot setting doesn't turn off once turned on! Even after I've turned the whole machine off, it stays hot, despite the lights off etc.

As such, it runs the battery down every time, and it's a fire hazard. It also means I can't use the cold setting after the hot, as the hot remains on.

Despite having emailed them, I have had no reply. I would like the device replaced, but they seem uninterested in helping.

I’ve only been using the products and…

I’ve only been using the products and device for about three weeks, and I can already feel my skin becoming more supple. The cold setting helps with puffiness in the morning, and the heat is amazing for relaxing my face before bed. This is more than skincare — it’s self-care.

ABSOLUTE SCAM!

Unfortunately, those guys behavior is absolutely inappropriate.

I bought the device for almost 150€ (Black Friday Deal) & saw that half a year later, they offer the device for about 70€.
Asked them kindly to recharge me difference, but unfortunately they just found excuses to not to do it, as they „changed the production amount, so now they are able to give the tool away for way less“. Since my device also lost a silicon button, I assume they produce it under the cheapest and poorest circumstances.

Lying to me by saying that they did offer everyone a voucher for the difference, which they did not!

In the end BIG SCAM company and results are also fake. It does help the skin but they also told me to use the brush on my super sensitive skin, which caused kind of irritation and redness.

This happens, when you deal with incompetent people without any acknowledgement.

Pity, but yeah, hope this finds you well, dear people.

Lousy (no) service, delivery doubtful...

Ordered on 21st, besides confirmation no updates. Asked on 25th the status: Shipped on 24th. Asked per returning email ont 25th the track & trace code: Also after 2 reminders no response yet. Lousy service and I am praying it will be delivered (on time) (for birthday present).

Edit: After several (more as 5) reminders en 3 weeks later, I received my refund.
