I knew what countries /types I wanted but wasn’t sure where to start with the choices on offer .
I dropped Graeme an email explaining I wanted a sour a stout and a classic ipa but US style if possible.
He offered up some great choices to help narrow down the choice and I purchased some lovely beers and a lovely glass in the classic Belgium chalice style .
