Franz was just the best! I had tried a few times yesterday and today to reach your office to no avail. That made me apprehensive but all is well especially when Franz answered and responded to my request. Thanks to Franz , I was able to achieve my goal I see you have great content it is just not a good time right now! Thanks again, Franz, you represent your company well!
I resubscribed to Curiosity Stream
I resubscribed to Curiosity Stream. I had become very busy and didn't have time to watch documentaries so I paused my subscription. I got an email about $.99 for three months if I came back but the link wouldn't work. I talked to Franz and Customer Service and he gave me a code to try to get that discount. It didn't give me that discount but he was watching and checking in on me. He emailed me and said he saw the code didn't work and he credited me back two months and extended my subscription.
The documentary are very good and Customer Service is outstanding. I would recommend this for sure

The support is very good and they resolved my situation quickly. Underneath that, I don't think there should have been a situation to begin with. I was automatically charged for a new year. I have email notifications turned on, so I figured they'd announce in advance a yearly charge. They didn't, and I understand why, but knowing why just tells me it's dishonest. I had to find out by looking at my credit card that I'd been charged. I didn't even receive an email receipt.

We happily watched for 2 years
We watched for 2 years, many great shows to see that matched our interests. Was able to watch on iPad, iPhone, SmartTV app. Will come back in a few years to see if there is more content, but for now we will find another streaming service to spend entertainment budget on. The service just renewed, and I noticed we had (for now) exhausted the content. So I called to cancel the annual renewal and get a refund. They did it via Chat on the web *very fast and easy*. Great customer service. Good sub.
