I cannot recommend **Niyah Riggin** enough! She did an incredible job on my daughter's **two-strand twists**. My daughter has very thick hair, and Niyah worked so patiently and diligently to make sure every twist was done beautifully. More importantly, she made my daughter feel comfortable, safe, and genuinely cared for throughout the entire appointment. Her kindness and professionalism were evident from start to finish.
I also want to recognize **Shannon**, who was assisting during the appointment. She took the time to explain the importance of maintaining healthy hair and recommended the next steps for a healthy trim. I really appreciated the education and care they both provided.
One thing that really stood out to me was that Niyah didn't just style my daughter's hair—she educated us. She showed us the products she was using, explained why she chose them, and recommended products we could use at home to help maintain my daughter's healthy natural hair. That level of care meant so much to us.

Two days later, my daughter's hair is still moisturized, shiny, and looks just as beautiful as the day it was done. She's a competitive dancer, and despite practices and rehearsals, her twists have stayed perfectly in place.
