Excellent Service with Sheryl she did a survey on the 8th June and received back the details on 11th June a very extensive report. With follow up call to see if we understood everything as it covered 70 pages.

We used Curran & Co for a RICS Level 2 survey to purchase our first house. From the early stages of receiving a quote, Curran & Co went into great detail and took pride in researching the property. I found this company through the "Compare My Move website" when I made a query for an RICS 2 survey. The first thing that catch my eye was Sheryl's quotation, unlike the other 5 companies it was not a generic response. She already had checked the property online and provided some insight. An expeditious survey was followed by a detailed but easy-to-understand report full of pictures and hints. It was very easy to get in touch with Sheryl during the whole process and when I had any questions, all were answered diligently. I would absolutely use Curran & Co. Sheryl and her son conducted a survey on our house last week and did a very thorough job.
As two young first time buyers we didn’t really have a clue what to expect but Sheryl responded to each phone call/ email enquiry we had very quick.
The report was returned quickly and was extremely detailed and informative as she recommended to people for what work needed doing.
