Great product, even better service
Exactly as pictured.
Fast delivery and a very helpful customer support team make for a great combo.
I enquired about the same products at a brick and motar store and was told it would be near double the cost and have a 6 week turn around! Needless to say I'm very happy with my choice to go with Curtains on the Net.

VERY HELPFUL. I NEEDED SOME DONNA LACE AND THEY WE SO HELPFUL AND OFFERED ME A LONGER DROP AND THEY WOULD REDO THE ROD POCKET AT A REASONABLE PRICE AND THAT HELPED ME OUT SO MUCH.

Sorry to hear you are disappointed at the delivery time for your custom made curtains. We wish that you could have contacted our customer service team first before writing a negative review as we do pride ourselves on our customer service and having happy customers at the end of the day.
Unfortunately, your curtains are a custom made product and generally take 3+ weeks and with the COVID crisis, we are noticing longer delays in fabric deliveries. We do note this on the product pages that we are experiencing longer lead time but maybe this was missed when you were ordering your curtains. When looking at the order it appears to have been made on Saturday 27th but as we are not open over the weekend, your order was actioned on Monday 29th. Currently, we are sitting at 3 weeks since you ordered and while we are rushing this order through for you as fast as we can, it's likely to be another week or so let before we manage to get your order despatched.
Please contact Mal in our Customer service team (1300852912) as we want to help with your next order to make it a better experience.

wonderful product and service
I found this business very easy to deal with. Prices were visible online and many other helpful information like measuring tips. I contacted them for a few questions and they were all answered. The product was exactly as described and I am impressed with everything from the word go. Thank you I have wonderful curtains set up in my home for a fraction of the cost I was quoted by companies.

We are really sorry to hear that the colour wasn't what you had expected. It is almost impossible to get colours to view exactly right on the screen, especially as everyone has different monitors with different resolutions. I can see that you didn't utilise our free sample service which may have helped in this case. We do offer a free sample service so that you can buy our blinds and curtains after seeing an actual fabric sample to ensure you are getting the right colour.
If you still have the curtains packed in their original packaging we are more than happy to accept a return on these to allow you to reselect. Please contact us on 1300 852 912 and we can help get this resolved.
