If I could leave zero stars, I would. I have had the worst experience trying to deal with Curvypower and would strongly recommend anyone considering ordering with them to think again and go elsewhere.
I have never ordered shapewear before and was trying to find something for a special occasion. Although I normally take a size 10, the size chart measurements (which I followed carefully) suggested I would need either a L or XL. I purchased both, naively thinking that like most online clothing companies, you can try more than one size and return whichever didn't work. Unfortunately, when I saw the items, even without trying them on it was obvious that neither was even remotely possible to get on. I went to the website and looked into how to return them.

The returns policy pages is long and wordy and confusing, so I sent an email to customer service to ask how to return them. I received an answer that because they were discounted items, neither was returnable. At all. Even though I pointed out (and they recognised) that the policy was confusing and no warning was flagged up about not being able to return sale items.

I politely wrote to explain the confusion and to request that they would make an exception, especially since I had not even tried the items on. Short answer - No. They would not make an exception. Instead, they offered my 30% discount if I made another purchase. How laughable! Why would I waste more money on another product that would put me in the same situation if it didn't fit?

All in all, I would urge anyone possibly considering buying anything from this company to avoid them like the plague. The shipping was slow, the customer service responses were slow, and they were unhelpful in being able to resolve the issue to my satisfaction.

It's been an expensive mistake - but I hope that sharing this experience will help others to avoid the same problem.

Absolutely avoid buying from this company! Waited a month for my order and when I finally "arrived" it was no where to be seen, the customer service is just unhelpful and just doesn't help just basically said we can open an investigation to yodel about it but why should it be my problem what courier they use? I should and was expecting a replacement or refund I got nether I will never but from then again and suggest people do the same

SCAMMERS avoid!!!!!
Delayed the product deliberately they do not refund and provide a China address advising the cost is expensive to return. They do everything, even offer 50% off to avoid returns.

Never again, the items are sent from China. You are not able to return the item even if it states on website that you can return it. Misleading

1. They violate dispatch timeframes.
2. They do not communicate with the customer.
3. When using the -10% promo code for a first order, they refuse returns, claiming the item is “discounted” because of that. Official explanation from dear custUmer support:
„ As stated in our policy, orders that have benefited from a discount or promotional code are non-refundable. This is standard practice, as the discount effectively reduces the purchase price of the item, and the value received reflects that adjustment. While you are correct that the exact wording may not explicitly mention this, it is part of our standard terms for discounted orders.”
4. They refuse to process a return for an order I cancelled, even though after 10 days the status still showed as “ordered.”
5. They offer a “super” 50% discount to an already dissatisfied customer for a future order.
6. Their custUmer service is absolutely awful

Product totally wrong for me. I have a physical disability, I had thought that the cross-over front
fastening would help me, but it transpires that it still
requires a pull over head style.
Impossible for me to use, and I purchased 2 believing

Website stated they are a London based company they are located in China! I placed an order post surgery the delivery took 2 weeks unlike the 5-7days stated on the website. I had to purchase my surgery garments elsewhere and have requested a refund to which they say I can have store credit only! Also to mention the garments are CHEAP material not acceptable as post surgery garments and overly priced

Took exactly one month for the order to arrive. Customer service was useless and even patronising. I will never use these guys again...absolute train smash

This has to be the worst retailer I have ever dealt with in my life!! Waited over 3 weeks for a post tummy tuck garment and when I contacted them to say cancel it as by the time it would arrive i will no longer need it they refused point blank. Then when it arrived and I asked to return it they refused saying it was from the discounted range ! Absolutely disgusting company and legal theft of the customer if you ask me. I am however contacting trading standards as they are way out of their lines here refusing to accept a return of and item in my opinion. How they are getting away with this is outrageous! DO NOT SHOP HERE THEY ARE ABSOLUTE THEIVES they will take your money and you wait almost a month for the item to come and if you dobt want the item or its not suitable your stuck with it be warned ...

Item took 3 weeks to arrive, measurements were incorrect when I measured the actual garment and quality is very poor When asked for a refund was told no due to hygiene issues, however on the advert it says 30 refund, same product on Amazon but great quality and half the price.

Placed an order 27th August.

Then they said it was out of stock. Then they said no that's a mistake I will get it soon. Now they say it will be despatched in 2 days. LIARS. CON ARTISTS. GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK.

Avoid Avoid Avoid!! Chinese con company pretending to be uk company. Charge you to ship back to china, charge you for a handling fee plus a restocking fee. Awful. The bra isn't even as the size was described. Having a nightmare getting any money back!!

DO NOT Purchase from this company! Late/Slow Delivery and shocking customer service! I ordered two items (size Large), sizings are no where near accurate! I contacted Curveypower to claim a refund, only to be told that the items were not refundable!
One of the items did not even come out of the packaging and NEITHER were tried on! As soon as I opened the first item I realised that it was not any where near a Large sizing! I continued to press Curveypower for a refund and they just stopped communicating with me! £60 wasted! Looking at previous reviews, I am not alone ... Don't be conned by this shocking company. I only gave a one star review because ZERO was not an option!

I ordered two items from the website. I wish I'd looked at these reviews. I waited one month for my goods....nothing arrived and no correspondence from the company. I cancelled the order to be told I couldn't!
Was told to receive the items then return for refund. Waited another month and items arrived, opened a return policy, to be told I had to pay return postage to China....no other option so I paid and received refund less postage. RECOMMEND....Do NOT order from them.....I would never ever buy from them again.

I ordered a month ago. Despite repeated emails to them my package simply shows ‘in transit’
I have asked for a refund twice. Unsurprisingly I have had no response from them.
I would not recommend buying from them. Judging by other reviews I think they are a scam. Amazon should stop using them.
