DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I RECEIVED MY ORDER. I NEED TO RETURN MY ORDER. ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY FROM THEM WITH AN ADDRESS OR AUTHORIZATION EMAIL!!!!! IM FUMING WITH MYSELF FOR ORDERING THIS OVERPRICED TATT. DO NOT ORDER!!!!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Kicking myself for not reading reviews on here. Ultimately, they do not abide by their returns policy at all. I emailed them for ‘authorisation’ to return 2 tankinis costing £53 in total. They offered me £10 compensation and have completely ignored all further communication. It’s a lesson learned for me but want to raise awareness of sham of a company.

Do not order anything from this company!!! Biggest con artists refuse to take items back (£55) offered £10 then £15 then £20. Still I said no I want my money back. Had to contact my bank to the dispute team. This company needs stopping NOW.

I wish that I had read these reviews prior to purchase. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THE COMPANY THEY ARE IGNORING MY REQUEST FOR A RETURN SLIP. I'd followed their policy and they still asked why I was wanting to return when I had already supplied the information.
HAS ANYONE HAD ANY SUCCESS ON RETURNING?

Do not use this company .. the items I bought cost £55 but on arrival where to big .. I have tried endlessly for a return form ...all I get is an offer of £20 and to keep the items ... I do not want swimwear that is to big .. I want to return and a full refund ... Trading standards is the next step ... Watch this space

Please do not purchase anything from this company. Their returns promise does not exist. I negotiated a refund but to date has not been received.
I am now going through my bank to follow up on their obligations. Will never ever use this company again.

DO NOT BUY from this company, you are unable to return any unwanted items, they will try and offer you a small discount to keep, and then they will ignore all your messages

AVOID! Same experience as the reviews below. If the item does not fit they insist on you keeping it. They do not refund! Instead they are recommending to keep the item as sending it back to the US would cost £25. I am still in negotiation phase. And will update how it ends. How appalling! I wish I has read the reviews earlier. Stay away from them!
Update as of 6 April 2023. They are still refusing to act upon their Terms and not issuing a return label nor offering a refund. They started with £6 partial refund offer, then £8, then £11. I contacted my bank and raised a dispute. This is the only way. Now they will deal with them. These people need be stopped. A good lesson for me to always pay by paypal as it is easier. But an even better lesson is go and read Trustpilot first.

Company a total rip off. Wont reply to me asking for a refund, swimwear doesn't fit. Would advise people to avoid this company at all cost. If it looks to good to be true it probably is. Wish I had seen reviews before ordering. Order from a reputable company next time.

Having bought 4 swimsuits of different styles, none of them fit so I requested a return. I got no reply so I messaged through fb messenger. They advised of the US returns, which would have cost me £27. They offered me £21 and 20% off my next order. I refused so they came back with £42. I threatened trading standards and reporting to fb. They offered £63. I went back and said £75 (order was £108). They have refunded this and I'm selling the swimsuits. Whilst I did get some money back, if they are trading as a registered UK company, they should have a UK returns address. What a farce.

I agree with all of the other reviews, NOT BUY ANYTHING from this company!!! I have been following their instructions regarding a return and the replies I am getting back is totally ignoring my request and trying everything to get me to keep the items which by the way looked like they had been worn, screwed up and put back in the bag and sent out again!

Eventually received this email from the company, I’ve copied and pasted it below for all to read:
Hi,
‘Our returning address is in ROSEDALE NY 11422 USA.You can check that the returning shipping fee with tracking number will be higher than £25

Besides, pls note that even if you return the items at your cost, we can't issue a full refund cause we have shipped you the items.(so we need to deduct the shipping fee which was charged by the logistics company)

So pls consider our offer and you can keep these items,give it to others or resell it.

Delivery cost was charged at point of sell so why are they deducting the cost again - answer: they’ll never give you the money back!
Please avoid this company like the plague!

Same as everyone else really. I ordered 5 swimsuits for size/colour/style choice. Sizing is completely out and quality rubbish. As per their website I have sent an email requesting a returns label. That was over a week ago and had no reply.
Wish I had looked on Trustpilot 1st.

Another victim here with exactly the same experience.
Really wish i'd checked out the reviews first.
Certainly an expensive lesson learned. I ordered 2 swimsuits as not sure of size required at £45 each so am obviously not going to get that back.
I have emailed them to let them know I will be reporting them to trading standards though I know that probably won't bother them.
As others have said it is disgusting that this day and age these companies get away with trading.

Its criminal in a way . I feel completely suckered in by these company selling rubbish, purporting to being a genuine online shop when the reality is you have no way of returning anything . I paid via Paypal so trying to recoup some money from them , but please don't use this website.

Ordered feb5 item still haven't arrived! Ill make sure to read reviews from tgese companys from now on

Again, as all the other reviews state, this company is appalling.
Tried to return a £25 swimsuit only to be told I couldn’t as shipping costs to the US were too expensive. Was offered £5 in compensation, which I refused , and I demanded a full reimbursement ! I’m not holding my breath on that one. I don’t know how they can get away with it !
Wish I’d read other reviews before purchasing !

Would give no stars if possible terrible service. No returns and don’t answer emails

AVOID at all cost! Non-existent customer service, totally unreasonable to deal with and they DONT ACCEPT RETURNS, not transparent at all and totally rip off. Ive had to keep all my items. In an age where we all shop online this isn't good enough! Be warned!

Totally agree with all the comments and I really wish I’d looked at them before ordering. I ordered 4 swimsuit but each in 2 sizes as I wasn’t sure of sizing thinking I’d be able to send the too big/small ones back but I haven’t even had a response to my email asking for a returns label! PLEASE DO NOT order from this company
