New baby had me sleeping on a 4" foam floor mat. After two days with your mattress I'm not waking up in pain every morning!

Everything about my experience was quite pleasant. I was sure what to expect since I’ve never heard of this company, but the communication by email was wonderful. I definitely would order for them again.

Bought the snuggle sleeper sofabed, and am overall quite happy with the purchase. Pretty quick delivery and no issues to Ottawa Canada (was worried after reading other reviews)

It’s very comfy as a sofabed - though quiet firm. It got glowing reviews from our first guests. It might be worth a topper if you like a softer bed. We mostly leave it in bed position to serve as a playpad for our baby and movie lounging zone. It’s a bit firm as a pure sofa for sitting I find, and wouldn’t want to use it as my every day sofa.

A few finishes could be improved, the zippers are a cheap plastic and the arms have a weird Velcro that take away from a ‘premium feel’.

Sofa beds are weirdly expensive, but this has really nailed what we’re looking for in terms of not being a super uncomfy metal fold out like they used to be. So I guess a good purchase and value for money.

Note it’s ALWAYS on sale with big timer countdowns, don’t rush into it if you don’t want. There’s always another sale the next week.

Offgassing and smell took a solid week to dissipate.

One email didn't work. So I got online and tried the chat. No response. So I tried the other email online and after a few days they finally got back to me (they were very polite). They shipped the item out right away after that email correspondence and the item arrived quickly after that and was packed well.

But the item itself is not comfortable for an adult. The back is too low to be used as regular furniture even for someone petite. The seat height is shorter than standard furniture and too long under your thighs so you cannot really sit properly unless you have very long legs. And the end of it gives/slopes down a bit under the weight of your legs/knees so you don't sit level. (And I'm under 150lbs)

This would be more suitable for a kid's room. Or just solely as a fold out foam mattress for sleeping.

For sleeping, this is a foam mattress, fairly firm but comfortable. If someone needs something a little softer just a quilted mattress pad would help. Of course this is on the ground so older guests may find it difficult to get on and off the mattress.

I’m really disappointed with the Cushie King couch. It feels extremely floppy to sit on, and the back cushions don’t provide any real support. It feels more like sitting on stacked foam pieces or bean bags than a proper couch.

When converted to the bed form, there are noticeable gaps, and the king-size end piece does not line up properly with the rest of the mattress. There is also a gap between the cushions, and the mattress cover feels very cheap and low quality.

Overall, the couch does not feel supportive, comfortable, or properly aligned. i missed the 30 day return window, and you don't get 90 days like other companies! i highly do not recommend this product.

Customer service is very good. They are very nice and want to work with you.so im not rating that. These are the most uncomfortable chairs I have ever sat on. The material is rough I have to set a blanket on it so it doesnt feel like sand paper. It is very hard, it hurts my back and neck after about 30 minutes. I did wait 48 hours and it is 15 inches off the ground too low. The back rest does not go up high enough to support the back and your neck. This would be a good option for a childs room as a a spare bed. or maybe a collage dorm. but NOT for some ones home, Its too big for me to deal with returning it or I would so i am going to try to resale it, or give it away. I have already ordered different furniture to replace it

The design of the sofa is not practical and honestly doesn’t make sense to have the armrests just resting on the seat cushions. Those are going to keep falling off. If I had known that I wouldn’t have bought this. Also if there wasn’t a charge to return the sofa I would’ve returned immediately

Love the product - so easy to prepare for guests.

When do my items arrive?

The couch is fairly comfortable and works well as a bed, however it would be nice if there was a mechanism to keep the two modules that form a king size sofa from sliding apart.

We also had some shipping issues and only received half our order. The good news is the customer service team was great and helped us get it sorted out right away.

The order was easy. I would have preferred more communication from the company regarding shipping. All boxes arrived intact and the chair is beautiful..Overall a very pleasant experience. I would recommend Cushie.

Well! Our cushie experience turned out to be the right solution for us, but we jad a journey getting here. We were sent two sofas instead of two chairs; the shipment had 7 pieces and 2 deliveries, we were not expecting that at any time; the website "contact" feature required multiple attempts before a reply was made; once we got someone's attention, it was easy. The sofa itself is very good, it rather meets our expectations for something versatile, comfortable and decent quality. We're happy so far but still need to return the extra sofa, where we would have kept two chairs if they had been delivered. No clue about what will happen next or how it will unfold, but we're not stressing.

This product was an excellent quality and just what I was hoping for. It was VERY helpful to me to read customer reviews--both positive and the few negative--to make sure my expectations were in line before I ordered. In this case I got just what I expected. It's a terrific toddler bed for my grandson in our office/overflow room. Then it folds up to a lovely, cozy chair for everyone to use. My grandson loves to climb on it. The covers are washable (though I haven't tried that yet.) An added bonus is that I find it comfortable to sit in for relaxation or meditation. Be aware that it's slightly lower than a "typical" height armchair, and the "arms" are not attached. That said, it's a lot more comfortable than my other chairs. Finally, it's substantial but easy to manipulate. I'm a fit 70 and I can put it together and take it to "bed-ready" alone.

Great product! Well made and comfortable both as a couch and bed. Fabric also seems very durable. The only thing that I would change would be to have the removable arms secured to the couch rather than just sitting on it.

Customer service was responsive and helpful, however, I received an email stating I had to choose another color because they didn’t have what I had ordered. Additionally, I haven’t even received my couch yet, so I can’t comment on that yet. Super excited about it though. I’ve waited far too long to receive it.

The sleeper chair looks like a kiddie chair. We were going to replace our living room accent chair with it, but it sat so low that it looked silly. It is comfortable to sleep on….the only thing that compelled us to keep it since we didn’t feel like hassling with their questionable return policy…so we put it in the home office. If I had a do-over, I would not have bought it.

What a cluster. It wasn’t shipped anywhere alone to when it was supposed to be so I tried three times to cancel. They delivered it late anyway. Had to return it. And 2 months from where it all started I STILL have no refund.

LOVE the colour & the ease of fold out mattress! This couch transforms a little space into a stylish & practical area. I’d recommend for reading books, office space or spare room!!

Amazing delivery time - we weren't expecting it so quick (within 24hrs). It's lovely and comfortable as both a couch and a bed - we've added a foam topper because we like a squishy mattress. It's got a lovely amount of support for different aged bodies! Good quality too.
