I ordered a custom cushion for my patio bench. Everything was correct except one major piece. The material I ordered and paid for was supposed to be Sunbrella. Well it’s not. All authentic Sunbrella fabrics include a Sunbrella Fabric identification tag which my piece didn’t. It doesn’t resist moisture like it should and isn’t the texture that Sunbrella fabrics represent. To blatantly say I was scammed, is an understatement.

Needed to replace the cushions in our camper. I went through and found one I thought was pretty close to the back pieces that I was not replacing. Tried them out today and could not be happier. These were a lot less than having it done locally and looks great. Could I have gotten something nicer and closer to the backs locally, most likely, but I will replace them at some point also. Thanks!

Ordered two cushion covers for $800, and they literally disintegrated the first time we washed them. (No laundry instruction tag anywhere--you have to dig around on the website--a lot--to find care instructions, and when you find them you realize that these items are much much more delicate than any other linen items you've ever washed before in your life, mainly because there's no selvage.) When I complained to the company, they “repaired” the covers by cutting off the damaged sections and using what was left to sew much smaller covers. (So much for that custom fit we paid $800 for!) Worse, the company is so accustomed to complaints that they’re permanently in a defensive crouch. They have a rigid protocol for denying customers' claims and will pro-actively find a way to blame you before you even tell them the problem. What a clown show.

I wanted chaise cushions that folded down for the winter and chose the "joinery piece" on the company's recommendation to make this possible. The joinery piece was sewn onto the wrong side of cushions so that it doesn't fold. The joinery pieces are also so big that when I lay on the chaise - there are significant gaps under parts of the body that need support (knees, buttocks). I was misdirected on the phone and then the company told me I needed to get a local company to fix it - no partial refund, no return. This was a $1340 order that needs a local company to redo it. I'm pursuing that option. I do not trust this company to do it right anyway.
