My order was never received, and there has been no communication from the company.
I placed an order on March 31 for a pair of shoes that I have still never received. Last week I posted a review and immediately got an email that told me my issue would be resolved in approximately 48 hours And to be patient.It is now been 120 hours and I have not heard a single word from this company. I have sent several subsequent emails and have heard nothing from anyone. I have requested a phone call and received nothing. This company is horrible. Their customer service absolutely sucks. Today I’m going to call my credit card and post a fraudulent transaction against this company. I truly hope all credit card companies are notified that this company is fraudulent. Because they have my money and I don’t have any merchandise. And I have had zero communication from them other than them telling me it would be resolved in about 48 hours. I wouldn’t even give a one star on them, but there’s nothing lower to Choose From. My order number was 9389.
